Hi, I’m brand new here. I am based in Auckland New Zealand. I have joined your community to gain knowledge and insight about the industry. I’m trying to weed out the scammers and evil marketing. I aim to share my knowledge and experience to help people avoid some of the trick and clever marketing that has caught me out.

Well over the years I have found myself asking how do I defend myself against the online casino when they decide that they are going to go rouge or just stop paying out to gain back a loss or just straight up refuse to pay out .
There has been many times when I have found my self in these situations or something similar with nobody or anyone to turn to apart from local lawyers or gaming commotion who are powerless more or less. A house of educated consumers with a strong presence and swing a bit of weight in the industry to squeeze out the muck and scammers also to keep things fair and the casinos honest .

Perhaps even a education system to upskill and make sure the industries consumers in yhe future are able to use the resources we have as a collective.

Welcome 'both' to Casinomeister. There is lots and lots of information on the forum concerning dodgy and rogue casinos and the marketing practices used.

Indeed Casinomeister was the first site to label an unethical online casino as a rogue casino

Played by the rules and after a while had a win but turns out there was a catch . It was told to me afterwards no more than 300 can be won. The T&C say 5000 and even that is not great but I thought they must just be more regular.
Turns out they just write rules to suit. It wasn’t the first reason they started with some else I was able to prove I hadn’t done then moved onto the next one and locked me out of game history so I had to accept it. Lukki.com

If there was something unclear about “please do not post” then it would have been appropriate to ask. Or perhaps you simply didn’t bother to read the PAB Rules as you have been asked to several times throughout this process.
