hello to everyone im blackpot1 new member ,just joined yesterday the 16th of january 2020.

please i want to used this forum to ask if anyone has heard of wombat casino , i checked up here
cant find there name among listed casinos on this site .im worried because i have issue of non payment,
and they have blocked my account with no reason .yesterday i got email that my account is under review
with no time frame .should i be worried .checked them up they are licenced by UKGC. please any advice
is welcome.

Welcome blackpot1, Did you read the terms and conditions prior to signing up with them? If you received an email and your account is under review then you should email them back request reason why you're account has been blocked, if they are a licensed casino you should not have any problems finding out what is happening with your account, good luck.

If you have done nothing wrong you shouldn't worry however they don't just close accounts. Did they say why this decision has been taken by the staff?

Thanks ,yes i did ,i have emailed the customer service requesting for reason why my account is blocked and why they have refused to approved my withdrawals .they couldnt come up with any reason ,they keep saying your account is under review with no time frame .its 5 days now
