I'm so glad I started 12 years ago - I wouldn't want to be trying to get into this business now. So many things have changed and there's so much bullshit it's hard to breath sometimes. There's too many operators, too many affiliates, too little opportunities to be successful.

My advice: Only promote reputable operators. Do not accept NCO or Quotas of any sort. Don't try to work with too many different operators.
