Hi everyone im Adam, I decided to become a member as after recently winning £130,000 on slots with little explanation jasminslots66.com, decided to remove my funds.

I’m after advice, I know they are based in Costa Rica. They have claimed it is either use of a vpn, abuse of bonus or fraud.

I have passed all verification. Interestingly they have left my account open with no restriction on still playing.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Its clear in their T&C's (under the FAQS) that they do not allow players from the UK - it also states that if caught using a VPN, then you forfeit any balance.

Your profile says Birmingham so assume you are UK based? If so then I hate to tell you but the money is gone.

Yep this unfortunately. If you are UK based, stick to UK licensed casinos. Yes they can be a PITA with potential EDD checks and intrusive SoW checks, but at least you know you have recourse and player protection guard rails should an issue arise.

Interestingly that faq didnt say UK when I first joined the site. They have paid me my deposit back and will still allow me to use the site

I never used vpn or bonuses. Still think I have no where to go.

In all honesty mate you have done well to get your deposit back - i imagine that you went through KYC, they looked at your location/ID being from the UK and we're loving life

The main site without the 666 has pretty awful reviews are you sure the 666 suffix is not a shadow site anyway (aka fake) ? As your link took me to another site diff suffix Jasmine****192 was or jas*****92.com and all the slot games look fake as f** So be happy you got your money back as it probably wasn’t real in the first place imho
