Just a quickie to introduce myself - I'm Gill (Gillie to friends and family - Gillian if I swear in front of my mum :laugh: )

I'm 37 (don't know how that happened!) and live in Southampton in the U.K. Mum of two teenage daughters and a relative new player when it comes to slots - although I had my first taste of success on my first ever sign up - 10 free spins won me £1.74. 3 x 10p spins on Jackpot Jester 5000 and I won £1000 - and could withdraw it after depositing and wagering £20! (Royal Panda)

I'm still finding my feet with all the T's and C's though - I'm not a huge fan of bonuses if I'm honest - but free spins won me £150 (All British Casino) and £80 (Bet Victor) last night - I can see how it might get a bit addictive!

I'm thinking of keeping a Paypal account purely so I can keep track of my spending - deposits/withdrawals. What methods do you use to do this? Is PayPal the best option?

Anyhow, that quickie introduction ended up as an essay! So I'll just say Hi and I look forward to being an active member of Casinomeister!

PayPal is NOT the best option, because not many casinos accept it. Mostly only the casinos linked to bookies (which are not usually the best places to play), and just a handful of others.
It is a very good idea to keep a separate gambling account though - so I would suggest Neteller or Skrill.
Be aware though, that some casinos do not give bonuses if you deposit using these methods.
Like you say, T&Cs are a bit of a nightmare these days! :(

Welcome to the forum and well done on your wins!

Hello and welcome.
I would urge you to play with caution after your fantastic start to slotting by sticking to low rolling because those winnings could easily turn to dust.

You can get just as much of a kick out of winning on 40p spins as on £2 spins.
Its not how much you win,but how little you lose

Thank you - I had seen that casinos don't tend to 'like' those payment methods - it's hard to decide - unfortunately I only have one bank account and can't open another at the moment... Thank you for your reply :) xxx

Thank you, I appreciate your advice, but it's okay - I get cold sweats betting more than 50p a spin when trying to wager a bonus lol! It seems outrageous to me that some spin options go up to £25+, I'd freak if I was playing at that amount. I withdrew the original winnings straight away - and left myself just a little to play with - and I now send the majority of winnings straight to my mum as soon as they hit my bank account - she's saving them for me (or from me haha!) :)

Welcome! From the small island of Malta

Heya! Welcome to the "fun (or not!)" side of the industry where you get to play :) I work as CS in iGaming companies so if you need any advice on anything, let me know and I can try to help :D

welcome to the forum, a local gillie then )

Ah, hi Aceking - I can see you're UK - are you down South too? What are your favourite sites for UK players? I've had a flutter on Trada and the customer service guys there seem lovely and helpful. That's always a big plus for me. PlayOJO seems a nice (and hassle / wager free) site so far too...

Nice to 'meet' you :) xx
