Hello Everyone! I'm Pat from Georgia USA. I've been using the online casinos for about 1 1/2 years now. I have Never, repeat Never deposited Any of my own money, even though the casinos Want me to. I have only won once, and that was at Slotocash casino, back about a year ago. I only won $50, even though it Should have been over $100!! The reason: in both Deposits And Withdrawals, as many of you already know, there are Hefty Fees connected with Both of these transactions. Therefore, if you deposit $25, the fee from the casino or deposit method is $25, etc. This Sucks!! Why don't they allow people to use PayPal??? It's a Legitimate and Safe Online Payment System!! Oh!! I know!! Because the casinos can't make any Money off PayPal!! Hahaha!! By the time you have received your payout, it's reduced by like 50% when using one of Their payout methods!! Screw That!!

so you have been gamlimg online for a year and a half but never deposit? i bet you have used up every welcome free chip there is then ?
i am also pretty sure you will not be able to cashout from any of thos casinos unless you deposit into them first, no matter how much fee is involved

Nothing to do with that - the casinos would LOVE to be able to use PayPal in the USA, like they do in some other countries. It would be very cheap for them - and for the players too.
Blame your government (specifically, G W Bush) who made it illegal for banks to process transactions for gambling in the USA, because they couldn't work out any way to tax the off-shore casinos.
