Maybe a staff member can move your post over from the old thread you replied to. The player you asked about hasn't been on the forum since his last reply so its unlikely you will hear from him.
The site is a DAMA N.V. site so you should be fine. You probably got prompte for a second level of KYC due to your win surpassing a set in stone threshold.
It is slightly common for them to ask for the selfie to include most of your arm as it shows that you are taking the picture unaided. I've seldom been asked for this but I have been asked for it atleast once.
I'm guessing they are used to people having local bank branches and with challenger banks like monzo, starling, revolut etc having 1 registered address - usually london, as is the case with revolut - they've taken that address at face value and then compared it against the fact you live in Ireland, should be easy to resolve.
If you keep going round in circles, reach an impasse or face a decent delay, you can utilise the Complaints (PAB) service here on casinomeister.
The PAB team, @maxd & @GourdFollower have a very good relationship with the team at DAMA so should be able to sort it out quickly if you aren't able to get anywhere on your own.
