If I was to use the TAB feature at 32red ...would that have an effect on any
Cash outs I have that are still reversible or would they go through as normal when reverse period ends

The cashouts would go through as normal.

Some people just use the TAB feature for a few days to make sure they don't reverse a withdrawal and have the TAB scheduled to end after withdrawals been processed.
