To be honest, this particular casino is
sooo slow in paying that by the time I get the money, there will probably be a better new month's bonus in place, so comp points are just kind of chump change. But the extra wagering has two other purposes.
1) It generally increases the casino's perception of my wagering level, which may make me look like a "high roller" (in a B&M casino, it would probably earn you comps)
2) It serves as camouflage, instead of just wagering the minimum for the terms of the bonus, this time I probably overshot by like 25%.
I should have at least checked to see if I was making comp points on the deal.
Oh, and as far as overall luck, I don't want to show off, I mean, I generally bust out, nearly instantly, 2/3 of the time. That, however, usually doesn't get me caught up in T&C's at the casinos.
The main gist was that since I was over the max cashout mode, I was effectively in "play mode", and could just fart around (avoiding restricted games) and play until my balance got down to the max I could cashout anyway. It was kind of nice (Got to learn optimum strategy for Red Dog and Three card poker in the process)
