goodevening everybody,

i have a problem.
the casino confiscated about 11.500 euros.
for one mistake that i made in early stage on a ELK studio game.

i think it was in the first 5-10 spins that i deposited i deposit 1100 euro got 2200 bonus played with 3300 euro balance.
when i try to change bet i click on the right arrow and brings me to a spin of 20 euro spin and no wins from that spin was made. it spinned and i found out.
immidiately after that happen i went to live chat.
the support told me he will make a note and told me to continue.
i clearly asked if it will bring my wagering in danger i better could stop right away instead of continuing
they told me to continue.

now i made the full ride to the end and got lucky and got a 11.500 euro balance.
i made withdraw of totalling 5k and remaining i still played.

then my withdraw got in pending since 9th of june.
and been several times to chat asking why it is not processed.
they told me there was a review on my account.

tonight i got an email told me i broke a clause max bet.
the funds are confiscated becos of that.
now i been to chat and send them also an email explained what happened!

my account is verified. and i played their network for years and i know their max bet rule.

it was pure unknowingly and accidental bet.
which i let the support know about my mistake.

what u think the casino should do in this case?
should they pay me?

they told me to continue if i had lost they had my money anyway.
if i won like i did now they confiscate. doesnt it mean they got a freeride till the end!!

i dont think its fair. if it is a fair casino it should pay me!!

all advise are welcome and thanks in advance!

(the live chat comfirmed the note that was made in my account and sent the accounts team for a dispute... i will give update from the outcome)

I’d wait until you get the decision from your dispute before considering which road to proceed.

the casino was aware of my faulty spin becos i went to chat to tell them my self.
now it is bit weird act afterwards to me.
it was very early stage i could also stop and not continue but support told me he make a note on the account

They may find in your favour, wait for the outcome first.

we talking a bit decent large of amount.
in the casino network i never ever had a bad word.
they are so trustworthy to me.
allways got paid on time and every penny.
ofcourse im down alot to their sister sites ont he same affiliate of ivy

I’ve seen similar issues with WHG and some they have reset the bonus some they have paid out and some they have stuck to the T@Cs if I was in your position I’d expect the worse case and anything else will be a bonus.
Probably best not to comment anymore on the issue until you get a response from the casino or rep

the wagering was 3300x35=115.500euro
i made it throug. and withdraw 5k
with remainig i wager another 120.000 euros
i cant be lucky like this allt he time.
it wouldn't be fair to me.
alright i will stop till they have contact me about it.
but it is chasing me.
 
I'm not sure, thats not who I tagged, all the casinos in the comp are the ones Maja deals with, where as the rep i tagged deals with all WHG sites.
i have contact Maja before. she dont know this casino and never heard before.
in the whitehadgaming are several affiliate groups.
so they might not know of eachother.
spinrider belongs to the ivy affiliate.
where under spinstation,miami dice,grandivy dream vegas few to name.
 
It's really up to them, they don't have to pay you if they don't feel like (from legal point of view really black and white, rules were broken), but many casinos can do it as gesture of goodwill and like somebody mentioned earlier, return to situation to what it was before that mistake spin.

So expect worse but you also have a chance to get paid, unfortunately it's not usually the best sign that they already once ruled it against you even saw that note on account about you contacted support.

yes i contact the support told if it bring my wager in danger i can withdraw my cashbalance and stop the wagering right away and no need to continue as it was pointless from that point.
he made a note and told me to continue.
from that point i should be able to play and continue as considered save to play without a problem after.
the error was in early stage where i have not even wagered few bucks to say. then start to change a bet and the mistake happen without even knowing what happen.
the spin spinned and saw bet was on 20 euro.
went straight to chat.

i hope they see as a gesture of goodwill.
im no stranger in their sistercasinos what i mentioned before. and lost tons of money to them.
not one im up on their casino.
this is only one i won and they confiscated. which i had no idea the bet was on 20 euro bet.
i wagered totalling over 220.000 euro for sure on this casino.
i demonstrated i continued to play even after the withdraw i made.
that should create some goodwill as they earned on the wagering already.

I accidentally spinned a £50 spin, went to chat and explained and waited for the rep to get back to me, they did and realised it was a genuine mistake and let me carry on as normal.
but the flip side, Casino cruise years ago I think I done the same, made one massive accidental bet, contacted the casino and the rep but they refused to budge even though they where in a win win situation.
Can go either way tbh, as said it’s in the terms so can always use that.
Or be decent and do the right thing.

that group always treated me fairly.
Give them a follow up email, as polite as you can also tomorrow asking for a update.
As said it’s clearly a error if all you state is correct and rather than lose a regular customer it probably would be in there best interests doing the decent thing.

the rep has contacted me here and he is looking into this for me.
im hoping he do at his best for me in my favor as a loyal player.
as i said before in this casino network im allways treated fair and trustworthy to me.
that is why i allways play if i can on their network.
as i have demonstrated my good side i hope they showed theirs too this time.

That can help you if you have other accounts with them so they see that you are not a bad guy. For first deposit bonuses it's hardest for casinos to judge as they don't have any history to compare your actions, but as you stated to been playing with their other sites, it can be good.

But like said earlier, expect what ever decision, it's harsh to confiscate winnings like that but they have T&C:s on their side. If you are in contact with them, i would refer to your history as good player who haven't pull any trics but have deposit and lost like all others and not doing any trics now either but contacted support right away.
