Hi other members!

i'd like to ask if there is anybody else playing in HelloCasino? I normally play with casinomeisters accredited list casinos and sometimes (hardly) i try some new casinos who i'll see seems to have a nice vibe going on.

I recently joined HelloCasino and used welcome bonus, got lucky, cleared wagering requirements and made sure i didnt violate any of the bonus terms whatsoever.

This casino seems to be brand new as it opened doors at december and what i have heard / read to a date about it it should have trustfully people behind it. Customer support seems to be in good shape, really kind and responsive, thumbs up for that. Answers seems to come fast. Seem to be licensed in Curacao.

I have currently wire transfer withdrawal ongoing from last week couple of thousand euros, a bit over 3k €, ID was verified pretty fast and well see if it hits my bank account this week (all these public holidays have been messing it up). It have been approved by their cashier beginning of last week and im currently waiting for it. Of course i asked about their customer support if it has been processed (because im anxious, thats some good money over there) and they said yup, it is paid out.

I personally think it should be at my account like wednesday (tomorrow) at least. Everyone who i know have had no issues regarding their wire transfers so far so it sounds good and 4 business days to receive the funds are promised/suggested in approval.

I have high hopes on this one as a player and also their bonus terms seems to be quite honest. Everywhere where i have heard anything about this casino everybody has got paid for date (well yes, they just opened the casino) so i just like to know if there is anybody else playing over this casino? Am i the only one at meister and does anybody really know anything about this casino?

i haven't had to make a withdrawal, i just did the welcome bonus, the main thing i noticed were live chat was super quick and answered everything i asked them about the bonus/wagering before even signing up, the only thing that personally wasn't so great for me were the options to withdraw were very limited, deposit methods were fine though.

Made a withdrawal request(s) on last wednesday 31.12.2014, processed on friday 2.1.2015, havent arrived to my bank yet. Propably due the holidays between etc.

Couldnt get any Microgaming games to work, chat insisted that there is nothing wrong w them, despite trying w other computers, browsers, restarts (modem/computer) cache/cookies. My friend also made an account, and tried, didnt work. At this point i decided to close my account, was told that withdrawals shouldnt be affected.

Chat was really nice as told here, but denying the problem that clearly existed was too much for me.

Maybe i will give them a another chance later on, if the money appears soon to my bankaccount, and they add Skrill/Neteller as withdrawal methods aswell.

Received my withdrawal at my Bank account today, so everything worked nice and smoothly.

Wire transfers just take some time normally everywhere, so of course i wish they add Skrill at their withdrawals in near future too. =)

I joined up last night, after seeing this thread. Cleared the VERY reasonable WR of only 25xB, and made a withdrawal request today.

One thing i did notice is that it appears you can withdraw your cash at any time, like betat, leo vegas etc.
BUT unlike those site, you can still withdraw even if you have dipped into the bonus funds at some point.

My balance dropped at one point to about £40 bonus money, but once I'd recovered, everything over my £100 bonus was still showing as withdrawable.

I talked with the guys behind Hello! Casino a couple of weeks back and I think it is a casino with potential.

I would't have any problems doing a few deposit there, but I think it is a bit too early to start promoting them.

They need to add more withdrawal options as it is not good enough to offer 16 different deposit alternatives but only bank wire as withdrawal option.

I am also not very familiar with the white label platform they are operating on.

But yeah - nice experienced people behind that know how to run a good casino.

I believe these casinos are white labels operating on the same platform, but not necessarily connected.

I remember I asked the Hello! people about Jackpot Nights in particular (since it looks like a very poor site) and they had never heard of it.

As far as I know, Hello! Casino is not connected to any other casinos.

Also i received my second withdrawal which i made 30.12.2014. So far 2/3 withdrawals has been paid out. My newest WD is from couple of days, and i believe next week or this friday it should be there..
