have not had a reply from Robert, in fact he does not reply at all to my emails???????????? Contacted Cirrus on live chat.Told me they would ring me at 2pm yesterday, then they put it off till 6pm, then they put it off till 2am this morning, for which I waited up. They did not ring, and yet they repeatedly tell me they want it fixed asap. So, i called on live chat just b4 work this morn and got the guy who was supposed to ring me, he got the message but didn't bother ringing. He going to ring at 8pm tonite. He very sarcastically pointed out that I had stuffed up, but that they would pay me 1000 pound to compensate. I don't want 1000, I want the whole 5276 pound that they owe. I feel they should pay the compensation on top of thaat, but I don't expect it. I take it from what Robert said, is that they should pay the whole jackpot, correct. I am in Oz now, sunny Brisbane.Maybe you can pass this to Robert and ask him why he won't converse with me directly. Will see what happens tonite.

They refuse to pay me. I am screaming. They told me I am a cheat. They have offered me 1500 pound and no more. They said that gambling wages has no right telling them what to do. Thet don't believe me about gambling wages or Robert. I feel like going over and threatening someone, told them I would get them blacklisted to which he said he didn't care. His name is RIZ. They also deny the info I gave you regarding the clause on their site which said payment approved. HELP, I want this resolved in the next 24 - 48 hours. I am sick of the abuse from these people

If Gamblingwages and its casinos really want to make a difference you should pay all your debts and start to reconsider about offering players those ridiculous huge "free chips and bonuses" with skyrocketing playthrough requirements.

If you had not let down on J.Todd and tried to improve your credibility with solving all the issues he gave to you it would make a huge difference to making this industry a lot better. So why do not you start with those and report it to him with proof you actually did just that.

Now it looks you have fallen into a pithole full of snakes that would not mind to bite you.........you just can not wipe out years of dihonesty with only a few post at "Mr. Meister" forum. I would have shown some more respect rather than inviting him over and watch the same old video once again.

Communicate in a transparant way with Casinomeister about the outstanding issues and start working on these rather than asking us for posting issues first.

You CAN be a better program if you only WANT to.

Update: Another month gone by and still nothing. The amazing news of a payout has turned into yet another week of doom and gloom. Have emailed Robert Twice as I mentioned b4, but still nothing. Should I start tearing my hair out, or just shoot myself to ease the agony

Hi Tom, Maybe good news at last. Casino rang me last night and asked me to fax an authorization form to them and arrange an account with neteller or moneybrokers, so that they can pay me. Wouldn't say how much, accounting dept would not tell him, so heres hoping. It woud appear Robert has done some chasing up, but is just not communicating. Will advise u of the result, WHEN it happens.

they have paid me the first thousand pound on a sum of 4000 pound. Still not the lot, but better than nothing. They have agreed to pay 1000 pound per week for 4 weeks, and I can verify that the first 1000 is in my international account. Thank you all for your perserverence on this, it i greatly appreciated. Will wait with patience for the other 3000

Gamtrak it is all of our responsibility as affiliates to act as Player Advocates. The attitude of leaving it all to someone else is a big reason why our industry is in such bad shape.

If you knowingly promote a thief and make it possible for them to steal more... That makes you a thief as well.

For the vast majority of us here, the answers would be

1) NO (unless with a free chip)
2) Not personally, but to keep it that way, it's best to play elsewhere.

IF the casinos in a program are openly stating they will NOT honour a deal struck through a rep of the program, then any offer made by that program rep is next to worthless.

Given the continuing non-cooperation of the casinos with yourself over resolving these issues, you cannot go making promises that you will sort these issues out, as the constant failures reflect badly on YOU, as well as the casinos.

It's staring us right in the face, NOTHING has changed with the underlying casinos. I recall that this high bonusing model WOULD STOP under the new program, since it was considered a main contributer to the problems, yet we have a U turn, with the high bonus model continuing, and of course, the problems.

There is really no need to play here, since what good is a high bonus if you can never cash out, and even when you do somehow get lucky enough to beat the WR, you face being called a "cheat", or face an avalanche of "requirements" before you get paid.

The promised, and then not followed through, phone calls are a classic stalling tactic. If a person is GENUINE, they would keep their word, but to miss SEVERAL pre-arranged times looks like there was never the intention to follow through.

The terms and conditions at these casinos are designed to provide opportunities for the casino to confiscate winnings, and play the "against the terms card" in any dispute, as seems to be the case in this latest one.

The max cashout carry over clause is a particularly evil one, and one of the casinos, even if proven to be under previous management (I doubt it myself), decided that it was OK to delete a player's transaction records to avoid there being a "paper trail" of evidence to support the player's case. This was BEFORE Gambling Wages took over, however, Gambling Wages, if a proper, ethical business, should NEVER have got involved with this lot in the first place, simply because of their past, and very obvious, record.

I just would like people to know that gamblingwages is a transparent operation and there is no better way than to see firsthand. Also the issues with JTodd were all taken care of as far I know.
I'm not here to tell or ask anyone to play with our brands. I'm here to help clear up any problems that may come up.

If this wasn't so sad it would be laughable. I have dealt with Mr. Robert Green before and he still has the same answers he had a year or so ago when questioned. "I will look into it and get back to you tomorrow". Sure funny how tomorrow never comes and when he doesn't want to answer he won't even answer his e-mails although he does sign the receipt so obviously he gets them.

Someone asked about past issues, the one I was handling for a player was finally paid but not as stated by Mr.Green that all past issues were resolved in the infamous video broadcast. It took approximately 4 months for that player to be paid after the video.

Was Mr. Green not spouting at that time that things had changed and yet here we are again with the same BS. I would trust GamblingWages or Mr.Green about as much as I would a rattler not biting me if I stepped on him.

Just when we thought everything had got better, huh. No more payments. Have contacted Robert and suggested they now owe me the full amount plus compensation of 1000 pound for all the screwing around. And by the way, the fools didn't change my history, went back in to check the payout for 5627.00, and it is definitely there. I wonder who has taken it. Told Robert he may wish to investigate this further

VIRTUAL CASINOS

Before finding Casino Meister I have played them all at one time or another and find that their payouts are so low and so infrequent that your money dissappears in a jiffy. I did get a $99.00 free chip from Cirrus and it did last an hour or two.lol. But until I see a change I will not deposit there again and told them they were listed as rogues here in their chat and by email and I would not play at a casino anymore that wasn't accredited by Casino meister. I'll bet they have lost many players when they finally realized there was no way to win or even play for a while on your deposits.:)

The player who tried to visit the building got escorted out by security who followed him back to his hotel room. punched him in the face a few times and basically the strong arm tactic, then the Manager who bought the gun to work and would shoot computer screens etc.

Robert if you do not beleive in Karma im sure it beleives in you mate, if you are a shady character you will find your life wont go as planned for the things you are doing mate. Hows your health going right now????.

Do you all honestly think you are going to last. people will become more savvy to the ways. look at us casinomeitster heads, we ALL continue the fight against your outfit and we are multiplying in a big way, the endless google searches about you guys.. you are doing it to yourselves and at the end of the day im sure you have families who are going to suffer for all of what prism has created.

I'm sure your Avatar is of your two beautiful looking kids, what will they think of dad when they are old enouogh to know the truth or they may even follow in your footsteps?- do you want that.

I really hope you people see the light one day and reaqlise how many peoples lives you have affected in a negative way, it will come back three fold.

I agree Robert, not with whom you represent, but to the fact that children should never be brought into a parents woes with others...... im sure Same_Old meant no disrespect toward your children in the least...........laurie

I'm very sorry if you took offense to the remark about your children, I honesdtly meant NO disrespect to you or your family what so ever, I was mearly going along the lines of how US as people behave well and truly affects our families. if you read my thread again hopefully you will see the angle I was getting at.

My post was probably not the best angle to go on, It just frustrates me that you are here talking about future issues when there is (((SO))) many past issues that NEED to be addressed with your outfit. An to tell you the truth your saying future issue like you anticipate soomething WILL happen which isnt really good either.

you know ,I know and all the people that have read this thread know about Acepedro's issue going back years now, where is that persons 100k plus, how can you even come here and say the things you are with this kind of stuff hanging over the head of virtual.

Thanks for the reply. I do understand yours and others feelings about the casino group. As I have said from day one, I'm not here to ask anyone to play at our casinos, I'm here to solve any problems that come up or that have been in the past.
