Hi
I am new to the forum, and I am new to online casinos, and I am almost new to poker.
This site seems to be a very nice place to start with.

Oh, one more thing - I am from US, and I am still to figure out how it works from here.
Because, from what I've got, online casinos are not allowed in the United States.

hi 1st of all welcome to the forum
you will find a lot of useful information here
before play in any online casino, check allways the acredited casinos list, and do not play in "not recomended" or "rogue" casinos

if you are from us, also check some threads here Link Outdated / Removed
i am sure that you will find some good information

a few online casinos accepts us players, others not

first steps

bsilva028 thank you for the links.

After some research, and couple attempts I have registered at Bovada.
At first I actually tried to go with 3dice, but their software appeared to be suspicious for my antivirus.
I also wanted to try iNetBet, but their software failed to install.

So, I ended up with Bovada.
Downloading, registration, and depositing $50 was easy.
Winning another $50 was fun.
I am yet to see how withdrawal will work.

The only thing, I didn't get any bonus.

Normally, you would have to claim a bonus, unless it was advertised as automatic (most people don't like that), I don't know much about Bovada, accept they used to be Bodog Poker, i did have an account back in the day.

When you did not take a bonus, the cash out process shouldn't be too difficult:
You know you didn't break any Terms or Conditions, so the only thing left is to verify your identity.
Most casinos ask for a scanned copy of ID and utility bill.

Whatever your antivirus said about 3Dice, is a false positive.
One of the most trustworthy Casinos out there i.m.o., especially U.S. facing.
Their payouts are much more fun too. Read more about that in the America link Bsilva sent you.
(I'm talking about withdrawals, not their slots:))

Good luck and congrats on what appears to be your first, positive experience!

updates on my first steps

It's probably a newbie luck - I won couple more games (meaning more money)!
So now I requested a payout to fulfill my positive experience with Bovada.
If everything goes well it could be a beginning of long-lasting relationship :)

I took some time to read about bonuses, and I think it's even good that I did not receive any.
But I want to mention that I was contacted by Bovada CS about this bonus. And it's another good thing about them.
