Team manager of what? A casino operations has multiple disciplines?

And why is your legal information uploaded as an image, so it cant be properly indexed by search engines? Or copied by players to conduct some level of DD.

Would you please give more details to what source you use to check the legal info?
 
This part in your home page is in image format. So as a player when i want to do normal formalities and make google check i can't copy that text
where the company and other information are mentioned. Not a big deal but a bit strange

I get back to you regarding the legal info. My colleagues have decided to put a picture in order to avoid unneccessary data parcing. You can still type the info manually and check the T&C for more details to the platform.

What is "unneccessary data parcing"? FYI I often search casino Terms while processing player complaints. As I'm sure others do for their own reasons. I'm not sure what you guys think you are protecting yourself from -- I don't imagine people coming along to steal your Terms can be much of a worry -- but an image does prohibit some very legitimate usage of the Terms. In fact I'd say that any casino I went to that does that is looking a bit dubious, no offence intended.

Your casino has none of the good providers like playngo, nolimit, elk, thunderkick and lots of other popular ones. Do you plan to add them in near future? Bonus promo good, wager term also good but slots section not good.
 
Of course we are continually developing the casino catalogue, adding new games and promos for them. I noted your comment and will discuss it with the team :)
 
Another thing to point out is that this casino does behave responsibly ( like most curacao clip joints). it also looks a lot like 22bet, who are as shady as hell. I read this in the T&C's

Once your account has been self-excluded, it will be closed until the selected time period has elapsed. like what about permanent self-exclusion for problem gamblers (who we see post stuff on the forum all the time) that may need an account to be closed for good? do you have an option for them? you also do not have anything in the footer.

Yes, there is an option for a permanent self-exclusion. A player just has to get in touch with the support team. But still it remains voluntary. There is also a quick check-list to responsible gambling in T&C point 26.
 
You haven't answered the question: what is "unneccessary data parcing"?
The security department noted a case of violating the usage of the legal information on the website. Thus, they've made a decision to temporarily unable its copying. I'm not able to provide further details due to the security reasons but be sure to find exactly the same paragraph in T&C point 2.
Besides, as I've already mentioned, we are going to change the paragraph into the text format in near future. Your comments to the topic were really useful for us to know what is important for players.
