They are a little slow with email responses but as an affiliate I've always been paid. Plus my visitors seem to like the games.

Thanks for the feedback slotplayer, maybe with today being two days now since I first contacted them...maybe they will respond. I do certainly hope that all communications are not addressed this way though, I may have to re-think my affiliate relationship there! ;)

English Harbor has been one of my favorites to play at for a long time and was disappointed when they were dropped from the accredited list..and got stuck in limbo for so long..

Glad to see it back on :thumbsup: I have found that they respond very nicely when doing live chat. I hated the auto bonus crediting feature and asked them to remove it from my account and it was done very promptly! I no longer have to meet wagering requirements from my deposits...It did catch me offguard when I kept seeing them post this bonus...but all is good now:D

Well I suppose I should add that I never had luck with a response via the form but always had a response by PM'ing Nick via CAP, although it took a few days.

However, now that Sabrina is here, I bet the response time will improve.

But as we discussed, I don't think I will be filing a PAB.

They only owe me about $350.00 US, not counting the interest earned over the last couple of years.

This is about the principal of the thing, not the money.

These guys know they owe me and have agreed to pay me. next month.

I hope you understand why I am more than a little pissed off about this.
It makes me angry that I wait two years to get paid and then I get put off another month and then someone comes on here and brags about how they got paid right away.

(not angry with you slotplayer - unlike me, at least you got what was owed to you.:thumbsup:)

Edit - I also noticed that casino coins just redid their affiliate record keeping... They no longer even publish the data for 2005... This has only happen in the last few days... Good thing I have screen shots of the records before they all disappeared. (Not keeping seven years worth of records is sleazy IMO.)

This group owes me over $2600 (and has owed a lesser amount for several months). They have never once responded to messages left via their online messaging system. I sure hope Sabrina does a better job, I'll be emailing her now.
 
Sorry to say.... Still no payment and no response to emails.

I guess I will have to PAB with Bryan and see if that gets any response.

I have been dealing with casino coins for 2 years and my payments always come to click2pay on the 10th of the month although sometimes with bank wires for larger amounts it can get to the 24th or so .I am very surprised to see few people with payment issues as they are very reliable with us.

I understand that you've been trying to get your money for a long time now and when I personally came in contact with you on this forum I told you it would be sent out the with the next batch of affiliate payouts (early Mar 09). Your cheque was sent out last week as per our usual payment schedule along with all other affiliate payments.

I will PM you your Fed-ex tracking number.

I want to thank you for your all help, Max.

Without you I never would have gotten my money.

After waiting for over two years for my money, then not getting the interest owed or even getting an apology and on top of all that getting BS'ed by Sabrina about when my payment was sent out (The payment didn't hit the mail till the 16th, not the 9th and I can prove with the fedx tracking number if you would like) ...

You don't think I'm entitled to get a little testy?

You'll have to admit that many of your recent posts have come across as "angry" - some verging on the edge of being paranoid (being targeted by spammers, hackers, etc.). Maybe you don't realize it - but this is how you seem to be.

You asked us to help - we did. We brought this issue to EH's attention just like we said we would. You got paid - and now you are ragging on Max and me.

As for the "friends" comment - do us a favor and keep your snide-ass comments to yourself. That was rather unnecessary. Thank you.

Paranoid? I didn't think I needed to prove what is obvious to anyone that looks. Some gambling websites(mine included) are being targeted by hackers... This a proven fact.

As I already pointed out, after being ignored and not being paid for over two years by casino coins not answering my emails not paying and I'm not allowed to show a little anger or frustration?

I see it's OK for you and Max to make "snide ass comments' towards me and be rude in your emails to me but not the other way around... Whatever... it's your forum...

Why not just close this thread, put it in an archive and I'am outta here.

On the contrary - you haven't received any rude emails from either me or Max. You need to take a chill pill and chill out for a while.

And since you derailed this thread into your own personal complaint thread - and that complaint has been resolved, I'll upgrade this thread to "closed."
