New Casino Rep Hello from BC.GAME – Official Representative

The only cases I am aware of and have influence on are the ones that are filed here at Casinomeister via our PAB system. As I’ve said, they’re working through the cold cases and, of course, will be expected to handle any new cases that we receive.

It is my view that anything outside of that is beyond my control. Since I don’t have insight into the behind-the-scenes stuff such is not likely to be taken into account in our decisions for or against this casino.

I'm sure they're resolving cases, but that doesn't fix the fact that there are as many, if not a lot more, very serious cases where they stopped answering once they got called out. You can unlock stuck deposits, fix a payout not going through, but if then you scam people with very intricate schemes like fake responsible gaming, fake wager-based leaderboards, technical glitches and god knows what other things, it doesn't really clean your reputation.
Totally agree. So why don't you do a PAB here and get Max to look into it.

If you have been shafted, let Max see exactly what the crack is.

If @maxd believes it may be effective. I'm not sure but I believe I read a PAB rule that said if a complaint was already ruled by another service it may influence whether PAB here would be useful or not. My issue was closed on CG against this casino because they stopped answering after the agent there called them out multiple times.

It’s a special case because BCGame is effectively on probation here at CM, so I’d say “go for it!”
If BCGame fails to respond satisfactorily then they’ll either have to answer for that or have their current efforts here come to naught.

If @maxd believes it may be effective. ...

It seems to me you have been a little disingenuous here. You failed to mention that we’ve already seen this case, and closed it because you were making threats against the casino. And now you’ve been using this thread to further pursue that agenda.

Ok, what we will do is pursue this specific case for you to its conclusion, but this is your last PAB at Casinomeister: we don’t appreciate people ignoring the rules, distorting circumstances to suit their purposes, etc.

For the time being your posting rights here on Casinomeister are suspended: anything you do post will be discarded without further comment or explanation. What we decide to do beyond that depends on what comes to light in your PAB.

Later: just to be clear, oant can and is still posting in his PAB. That conversation is ongoing.

So here is an update...

@BcgameGlobal got back to me with a compensation reward that was satisfactory. However, right after collecting the reward, I resumed playing my favorite slot game, and the exact same rollback occurred again, automatically deducting most of the compensated funds from my balance.

So basically, I was happy for just a couple of minutes before having to go through the exact same disappointment all over again.

I have already reported this new issue back with all the necessary screenshots. Hopefully, this will be resolved finally and I will be re-compensated. Obviously, it looks like they are genuinely trying to resolve it, which I appreciate.

Yes, a rollback for the same bets swallowed the rewards that were awarded to me as a compensation.

@BcgameGlobal got back to me with a detailed breakdown. He clarified that the rollback was not a mistake on BC.GAME's part, but was instead an automatic reconciliation process initiated by their third-party sportsbook provider to clear historical settlement corrections from bets that are over 1 year old.

According to their review, when calculating the compensation, they looked at the overall situation of the account. Since the total rewards provided were determined to be higher than the confirmed losses, they stated they cannot manually re-credit those specific rollback amounts again. Because of this, I felt like I was being tricked once again and had to go through that exact same feeling all over again.

On the positive side, they confirmed that all historical sports settlement issues have now been fully cleared, so no further rollbacks should affect the account moving forward. They have also assigned me a new VIP Host to handle my account directly.

Genuine question but why would you stay with them? Yes they have sorted this problem for you, but I would be telling the VIP host exactly where to stick it and moving to a different platform.

To be fair, their VIP host gave me another bonus, which I actually managed to partly turn into cash and successfully withdraw. So, posting my problem here helped me get some real benefits in the end.

However, I completely agree with your point. That VIP bonus should have been entirely separate from the compensation for the rollback issues - the very issues that kept me from playing on their platform for more than a year.
