New Casino Rep Hello from BC.GAME – Official Representative

what is the point of a tool to restrict your limits if its not working? There are many reasons to enable one, thats not the question here.

Did they provide the tools for limiting? Yes
Did it work? No. (Seemingly).

You should have a good case here if its all true.

I have enabled such tools when I won big, either have a cool down of say 12 hours or limit the bet size.

If that didn't work and I lost my big win I would be upset!

BC.Game is reviewed at Casinomeister
Guys I'm sharing this here because this dude is so funny it's actually concerning. They're being accused of pulling yet another scam (fortunately one I'm not a victim of) on another forum, and this latest reply from the same 'martin' rep guy might be one of the funniest things I've read lately. Dude is literally saying that bcgameesports.com is an official website of bcgame, but bcgameesports.com/hub is a phishing website LMFAO

Hey all, as far as we know the rep is still working through the old cases I’ve been feeding them so please do keep that in mind. In my opinion keeping the dialogue going is the goal here, in the hope that good results can come if it.

Not saying “hold the criticism”, just that it’s probably best for all if we keep it to a constructive prodding.

Yes and casinomeister.com/INSERTANYTHINGHERE would be considered phishing too.
What a joke 🤣

You got
Examples ? Are the “reps” either on here or there been comfirmed a legitimate?

I went straight to the link that Weibwurst posted above, and opened the recent thread named "25k leaderboard bait & switch. Support denies own website". It's only 2 pages long, and half of it is just going round in circles.
I don't know the site, but the representative there has been there since 2024 according to his profile. So you'd have to assume that they are vetted by the site or at least BC game would have likely found out they are not who they say they are, by now. instead of letting them them speak on their behalf.

1 prime examplefrom that thread has already been posted above, by Oant, but I missed that before glancing through this thread and going straight to the website instead .

It's pretty safe to say the rep here is legitimate, as are all reps if they are given the official lable by the mods, or else Max wouldn't be working with him on cases for the past few weeks.
I can't add examples because I'm soaking wet standing in my boxer shorts getting ready to go and get some blood tests, lol. But as said, the 2 page thread which I read I have added above in this postcfor your reading pleasure.

It's the same guy on all websites, so called 'Martin'. Same person here, on other forums, on TrustPilot and CG/AG.

As fas as I understand, this casino has been bought by a chinese company, which apparently tried to 'fix' the wrongdoings of the previous ownership by having this person go on an address all the claims. As you may have seen, it's not going so well. If I had to try and give some sort of explanation, it seems like they use AI to answer all types of claims with basic-to-none input from them, and if you know how LLMs generally work, you understand how they ended up claiming stuff that is complete nonsense for anyone with context.

Telling me that daily loss limit 'resetting' means that they get removed every day, claiming to this last accusation that the subdirectory on their own domain is phishing, and god knows what else. This is all stuff that LLMs are heavily capable of hallucinating on.

First of all, I hope you are ok. Secondly, what?

Cheers :)

I logged in 30 mins prior to the post I made and noticed Hubbadubba had replied to me here. With little time to spare I then went for a shower and when I got out figured I had just enough time to leave a message so it at least looks like I didn't just log in this morning, view the thread, leave and then ignore his post.

I didn't have time to look for examples since, as is fairly usual for my lazy ass I was close to missing an appointment already. But since I had got out the shower slightly earlier than expected, I did the decent thing for the neighbours and shoved some boxers on before writing a quick reply to Hubba as I stood at my desk drying myself off further.
Probably more info than was necessary but I was in a rush. hindsight and all that. :p

That site is awful to navigate - Can you pay the actual links to what you are referring to ?

Rather than continuing with sharing links to a different gambling related forum or hand picking favourite posts, I would just suggest to click on the link shared by Weiburst in this thread on CM, once again.

His link will take you to the 1st page of the 'Scam accusations' section of that particular website.
From there, you can scroll down that first page and you should fairly quickly be able to find the thread which has the title '$25,000 leaderboard bait-and-switch and support denies own website'. It is currently on page 1 because new posts are still being made .

Alternatively, just Google: "$25,000 leaderboard bait-and-switch support denies own website."

The representative there has attempted to deal with a fair few issues/complaints in other threads on that forum since they joined a while ago. So to answer your question from before, it becomes blatantly obvious after reading some of the other threads he has participated in there that he is most definitely a legitimate representative of BC.Game .

I did already do that ; and had issues That’s why twice now I have asked for the link for proof of your claims .

Adding a link to another site , which can be cited and referenced to the talking point on this thread is not against CM rule book; if anything a “how to guide to use another site” is more detrimental than just a link to the point your were trying to make.

-Sigh. Proof of my claims? Bloody hell.

I'll qoute myself, below. A comment I initially replied directly to you with. Check the bold bit. As i tried to explain in the quoted post below, which I initially wrote to you, Oant had posted an obvious example of a what in the fuckery moment, a post which I at first missed when I initially opened this thread here on CM befor3 commenting.
Only after I had read some of the reps comments on the other website did I then notice Oant had already took a screenshot of one of the major WTF moments made by the Representative there.

I went straight to the link that Weibwurst posted above, and opened the recent thread named "25k leaderboard bait & switch. Support denies own website". It's only 2 pages long, and half of it is just going round in circles.

I'm not going to go and waste even more time to cherry pick the other comments which left me and many others on that site wondering WTF after having read them. Go take a look for yourself, or don't. I couldn't give any less of a shit anymore.

I'm not going to go and waste even more time..,.don't. I couldn't give any less of a shit anymore.
Ditto

In fact I went one better saw no link didn’t even read your rant.

So I’ll stick with my current opinion; that BCGame not a scam ; and cannot consider the claims that the other site(s) poster is a true BCGame employee ; and most likely a somewhat savvy scammer.

Not to spoonfeed the user above, since laziness and unwillingness to do the bear minimum research don't really go well with trying to defend (or accuse) someone, but that is indeed an official rep account of this casino on that forum as clearly stated in their thread.

Just noticed the casino got a warning on there too, together with another warning they got on TrustPilot for buying fake reviews. Oh well.

Just an FYI I was not being “lazy” as I said I am on an iPhone and that site is not great to use on device apart from search function tweaking out, kept saying “wait 90 seconds” that never refreshed; if you are unfaimiar with site even if search function worked , it’s not easy to find threads.

But thank you for posting that screen grab; Using that that user is not a legitimate BCGame Accout ;

You can check yourself on real BCGame site they have a verification tool lookup.

Anyway back to the point ; BCGame has a Telegram verification tool
You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.

And taking the Telegrm linked on that post and names they are not affiliated with BCGame just chancers./scammers

I wish that was true man. Unfortunately that's a telegram/discord ID checker, it won't work by using a forum username. By that logic even the person in here would be a 'scammer' (they are, just not in the sense you're making), when he's been verified by this forum's moderators as a rep of this casino.

The dude in here and on the other forum is also the same person answering on complaints and trustpilot reviews, and has an email at bc game.

I understand it's hard to accept that this is what this casino has come to, but this is the reality.

I clicked on the links on the screenshot the Telegram ones ; and look up the details of the Telegram User ID I was taken too and all Of those they were all bunk.

So poster on other site gives Telegram channel/ group links claiming all are official Telegram pages; but when you verify neither is legitimate. BCGame OP on other site gives a Telegram bot name and also claims this as Official , it is not.

Can anyone get me the link for that “Bc Game User on other board, so I can review their other posts , as see attached is what I get when I try any text search on bitcointalk.

Considering lots of these Telegram channels are easy to mirror and claim to be a Casinos; and BCgame is well aware of the bad actors making these fake accounts , to combat this BCGame have specifically made a tool to double check to route out the Good and Bad actors , It would then be insanity to ignore this verification tool. If all I have to go on is the links in that screenshot , it’s clear whomever verified that person as Legitimate at Bitcointalk didnt do a good job as they are promoting unofficial Telegram channels.

So I’m Unsure why you think they are legit ? What are you basing that off ?
Those are promotional channels, not rep telegram ids. I've also literally spoken with the same guy who opened this thread here and answers on the other forum via an @bc.game email.
You should also ask yourself what is the goal of impersonating officials from one of the casinos with the worst reputation out there.
Aside from that, I believe this forum, the other one and all the other arbitrage platforms to be trust-worthy enough not to randomly add people as reps of a casino.

Still you can check the promotional channels are legit with that tool; as long as they are “Live” accounts ; that being said I had someone share info to this account and some more info on it . So the channels and the bcbot they referring to have all now been retired so they come up and not legit anymore .

Just to provide an update on my case and the complaint that was opened on the other abritrage service. *snip*
The complaint was closed today negatively affecting their rating.

[maxd says: the dirt from the other site stays there, no need to repeat it here.]

Hi @BcgameGlobal

I am writing to you here because every other support channel has completely failed me, and I have stopped playing on BC.Game as a result.

To put things into perspective, I am a high-roller and a top-ranked VIP member who has lost over €300,000 on your platform. Despite this, I have been chasing a resolution since 2025 when this incident occurred. I have emailed support multiple times but never received a reply, and also reached out to my VIP manager, who unfortunately could not help.

The Issue:
  • Bet ID: 2546401471205880008
  • The Problem: A rollback was applied to this bet months after it was settled, without any prior notification.
  • The Consequence: Every subsequent deposit I made was automatically swallowed by a rollover linked to that rolled-back bet.
  • The Impact: I lost my funds blindly, only discovering the cause much later.
Why Support Failed:
  • Email support completely ignored my multiple messages and never replied.
  • My dedicated VIP manager was unable to provide a solution.
  • The explanation from the sports provider was completely unsatisfactory.
  • Treating a top-tier VIP this way, causing unfair financial losses over a system error months down the line, is unacceptable.
I have already stopped depositing and playing on BC.Game. If your platform values its highest-ranking players and wants to resolve this long-standing issue fairly, please look into this Bet ID and contact me with any additional info required (email, username, etc.).

Thank you

How can any casino justify a rollback that is taken straight from future deposits?

They cant be that bad though they have a 6/10 rating..........
To be honest it really depends on who you speak with rather than the casino, IMHO; I’ve had VIP rep at various including BCGame and you know the support will be God awful When you have to speak slowing and emphasizing individual syllables; and lengthening even the short ones.

This new chap is prob overworked with the long hiatus’s and response time but when you do get to deal with them ; I found em knowledgeable and not a Bad actor.

Hi,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention and for sharing your concerns in such detail.

I completely understand why you would be frustrated, especially given the amount of time that has passed and the efforts you've already made through other support channels.

As account-specific investigations require access to internal records, I've sent you a private message requesting your UID so that I can review the matter with the relevant team. Once I have the necessary account information, I'll do my best to ensure the case is properly examined.

Hello, it seems like I cant reply to pvt messages "Your content can not be submitted. This is likely because your content is spam-like or contains inappropriate elements. Please change your content or try again later. If you still have problems, please contact an administrator.".

Edit: I managed to send the private message now, so my UID is in your inbox.

Thank you for trying to resolve the issue @BcgameGlobal

You are the same rep that deals with the complaints on all the other forums etc.

Why would this be any different?

This is a classic case of window dressing, so that it appears to the CM readership that you are dealing with player complaints.

… This is a classic case of window dressing, so that it appears to the CM readership that you are dealing with player complaints.

From our point of view that’s not entirely true. For instance, the rep has received and dealt with a dozen or more cold cases in the last few months here on CM. I totally get that they may be doing it to present their good side to the CM readership but … those are cases that got attention that simply wouldn’t have if the rep wasn’t on deck.

IMO I don’t much care whether they’re doing it out of the goodness of their heart or they have a purpose in mind: resolved cases are resolved cases and I’d say that’s something they are welcome to keep doing.

That's positive.
How many cases have resulted in players receiving winnings? As opposed to issues with 2FA etc?

I’d have to look back over the cases to give a definitive answer, and quite honestly I don’t have the time ATM. I’d guesstimate that it’s around 20-25% that have resulted in players receiving payments.

FWIW I totally get your scepticism. Frankly, until recently, BCGame had a reputation here somewhere between “bad” and “horrific” due to the high number of cases we’d received against them — many quite serious — and their habit of ignoring those cases or blowing us off with some nonsense.

However, something I learned many years ago from the Casinomeister himself was that 2nd chances are almost always well worth giving: if someone comes in from the cold that’s a win, if they don’t then there has been little lost but a few emails and a bit of forum chatter. The upside of re-opening a productive line of communication with a casino that’s otherwise been at large in Roguey hinterland is very often too good to ignore.

The thing is that they clearly cherry pick cases that are easy to resolve, or are mostly based on player-impatience (payouts/deposits delays and such). As publicly shown, on cases where they're being accused of way more serious stuff, they will lie (and I say 'lie' in the hope that they don't actually believe the nonsense they, or this guy here at least, normally write) all the way until they get exposed. Then they start ghosting the problem, like they're hoping what they've done will get forgotten if they ignore it.

The thing is that they clearly cherry pick cases that are easy to resolve ...

Not sure what you mean but I’m the one picking the cold cases for them to look into. I pick the cases, invite the rep in, and expect to hear back on them in due course. Not sure how “cherry picking” comes into play there as I would be unamused by any such funny business.

There's certainly some funny business going up, but if Max says they are resolving cases, that is enough for me.

However, I am not an advocate of CasinoGuru. However, one thing I do note on their site is amount of complaints a casino.

BC Game has 674 complaints against them! That's enough for me to know they would never get a penny of my cash.

That tells me at some point you WILL run into problems. A casino with that many complaints is obviously not doing things right.

I mean that they solve convenient cases for delayed payouts, deposits and similar stuff, and clearly ignore and stop answering to cases where they're being called out for more serious things. My responsible gaming case, another user's they scammed a leaderboard prize from, and many others.

I'm glad they solve cases where they owe standard payouts, deposits, and similar stuff. For the sake of those players. But they remain an extremely shady organization and thankfully I'm seeing a lot more negative feedback everywhere since this new ownership started attempting to 'solve' cases.

I'm sure they're resolving cases, but that doesn't fix the fact that there are as many, if not a lot more, very serious cases where they stopped answering once they got called out. You can unlock stuck deposits, fix a payout not going through, but if then you scam people with very intricate schemes like fake responsible gaming, fake wager-based leaderboards, technical glitches and god knows what other things, it doesn't really clean your reputation.
