Hi, I'm new to online gambling and put my toe in the water yesterday by trying to register at Jackpot City. This is the first Casio I have tried to join. Registering at a website is usually easy but unfortunately that didn't happen here. I followed their "getting started" guide and downloaded the software first which was no trouble at all. But when I tried to register, which they said was the next step, everything went haywire. It's a big mess and the online help people, even though they were very nice, couldn't sort it out. So they said they would "esculate it" and get back to me by email. But that hasn't happened yet.

I picked this casion because i wanted to play with Aussie dollars and when I did my research, lots of places recommend it.

Can anyone suggest the next casio I should try?

Thanks.

Welcome to Casinomeister RoJo (so many new Aussie faces around here). If you are looking for a Microgaming casino in $AUD then I suggest you try 32RED but as an aussie you have plenty of options.

Also don't be to worried if the casino does not have AUD especially now the Aussie $$ is on par with the US, I have only ever played in $USD myself unless AUD was forced upon me.

What about conversion rates

But if you play with another currency, don't you have to pay conversion rates when you withdraw and the money arrives in Australia?

If you are paying into an ewallet then no, as they will do the conversion for you based on the current exchange rate. However these all have small transaction fees when making a withdrawal, as you are probably aware.
