Didnt find any fresh thread about them.

So are they paying wins nowadays ?

I think they still have 48h pending perioid but after that i should receive my money right ?

So first you deposit your hard earned cash aka put it at risk and only when you withdraw you start your research whether they are paying. :rolleyes:

Unless you got some freebie like their 50FS on registration with no wagering. Even then i would check first how and who they are.

Hope you get paid.
 
I have deposited there like year ago... i got mail about 50 spins and raised balance to 100e after completing wagering... Thats why i ask. I have paid my learning costs with bad casinos long ago :p

Hello was the good one in that group and i haven't heard or seen anything negative about them regarding payments.
 
As mentioned Caddell Group took over Hello Casino around about the early part of this year IIRC.

Always got paid from their associated brands and reasonably well thought of and respected by other CM Members.

They have a 48 Hour pp at their 'set up's' but I've also read (on here) about payments being processed and players paid before this time :confused:

Only 'niggle' I have is with their KYC process, in my experiences they request the docs, I sent them and after that radio silence.

Nothing to say docs received/accepted etc then the funds just appear in Skrill/Bank etc but as I say only a 'niggle'

WR on Subs is 35 x D+B just in case your thinking about it :p
 
I actually got confirmation email about requested documents 1hour after sending them so no radio silence here :p

So i have chance get my money in reasonable time :D
 
Never had Doc requests from any of the Caddell casinos yet.

Recieved my withdrawal in my bank yesterday from Playgrand, only requested it on the 11th Sept.

For some reason they wanted to send it to my bank instead of Skrill.
It was from some free spins they gave out in September.
Some problem with the BT they said and they had to wait for it to go back to them.
I didnt put wrong IBAN in as they resent it fine.

Now doing the wagering on Hello, i won £128 from my free spins, will take all month lol
 
1. sent documents on 12.10 and explained there that i have moved since registering this casino. (Address is different on my documents compared what it is in my profile on casino)
2. 48 hours later they answered me, "Kindly note that the address registered to your account does not correspond with that which is confirmed on your proof of address

We would as such ask that you kindly confirm/ submit the following, in order for your account to be updated accordingly:

- Address mismatch explanation: Please confirm the reason why the detail differs? "

3. They dont even read what player sends to them.......
4. I sen my explanation again and managed to find one document with my old address and sen that to them too...

surprise surprise there is again 48hour waiting time them to check my explanation. And they dont work on weekends so its weekend + 48hours


5. After they reviewe this on maybe next tuesday THEN my withdrawal pending time starts what is another 48hours :D

I have to say this casino is big joke...
 
They'll pay you. I get paid in about 36 working hours from here. As Jon says the annoyance comes from lack of confirmation with KYC - you submit, radio silence and check back in the account then find they've processed it.

What's a joke is the fact you didn't update your personal details at the casino before attempting to withdraw. If you move and your address changes, if you change your phone operator and your number changes etc .. You HAVE to change the info at the casino or they have the right to void the wins because the registered details are false.

Only a shady casino would refuse your winnings because you forgot to update a phone number change.

You sound like one of those rogue RTG casinos.

I dont even play at that casino ffs.... do you think i will send my docs to every casino ive ever registered after i move ?

If you read this thread you see i won with freebie, and also if you read this thread thats not the problem that they require verification about new address.. problem is that they didnt even read why my address is different ............
