New here, and found this site as I'm having a bit of difficulty with a withdrawal from an online casino. So far just waiting to see if it solves itself, but if things doesn't improve soon, I might have to do a PaB about it! :( Anyway, wish me luck, as I wish you all luck with all the games!
 
Yeah, I've read it thoroughly, and I'm still waiting for the casino to get back to me, as I'm a firm beliver of giving people the benefit of the doubt before any bitching or naming & shaming :D

I agree this is the best thing you can do, but if you don't here from them then you should raise the issue. Forums like CM are helping sort out the good from the bad, so hopefully you wont encounter something like this again.

Well I'm just at a loss atm, as I have withdrawn from them before, taking just 5 days, and now its been since the 27th of oct.. and still no funds on my bankaccount. What annoys me most is that "my emails haven't reached them" .. and yet there was no reports that the mails have bounced etc.. and I find it a bit suspicious that 3 emails over 3 days time just "vanishes" into cyberspace.

I did a transcript of my last livechat with the support (have contacted them 3 times on live support so far), and now I'm waiting for the payment department to be "back from its meeting"..
We'll see what the outcome will be in the end.

Just a small update, the first withdrawal has come through (625 €).. now im just waiting on the BIG win/ (4005€).. Hope to get it before the weekend. (validated on the 2nd, 3-4 business should it take... ) So, so far definatly no PaB needed ;D
