Headache For BTC Only Verifications

Hi Guys and Gals,

So recently I have started to get verified everywhere I plan to to play before I deposit anything, thus far this has been a huge headache.

Customer Support reps at over 3 casinos are very confused and don't know how to handle things when I say I am only going to play with Bitcoin.
They still try to get me to fill out the Credit Card Verification forms, despite me telling them I ONLY plan to use Bitcoin.

There are a few like Slotocash and Uptownaces that I use my CC with but other than that I stick to BTC everywhere else.

I only want to have maybe 10 casinos lined up that I can play at and I am trying to not have them all in the same group.

Its pretty irritating when I have to repeat myself over and over, many of these times I have been told to just send my photo id and bank statement to their verification department and that suffices the doc teams. I guess I feel that currently casinos are not equipped to handle alternate deposit methods are sort of stuck in a single mindset. (Maybe only for US players)

Does anyone think that CC Verification Faxback forms are a little bit out of date? Surely with all the other deposit options you folks overseas have there has to be a better way to verify ones self for alternate deposit methods.

Have any of your folks gone through this?

I was told by a casino manager those credit card forms are in case someone tries to do a chargeback. They can show the bank that form as a sort of proof that all charges were legit.

But yeah, if you are just using bitcoin, filling out a credit card form is ridiculous and I wouldnt do it

Thats what I keep saying, I mean I have had to politely reiterate about 5 times to the live chat person I am talking to now that I am not going to deposit using my Credit Card.
I will use Bitcoin Only.... And they kept spitting canned responses to me, I think now we have it sorted but its been like a full hour since starting this ... adventure.

Also do you know of any RIVAL casinos that take BTC? I see you play at a lot of places.

Sorry I dont. I think there are only 2-3 accredited casinos that offer rival. slotsmillion, videoslots and slots capital but dont offer bitcoin.

Some others may chime in though as I dont really go for rival.

I see, thanks for the info. I've seen you had some killer wins lately Congrats!

I am mainly looking for something other than RTG, I am bored stupid with their slots. I also am not really into the whole Bitcoin Only casino scene with fantastic (scarcasm) betsoft software.

I think the few you mentioned above aren't open to US but I will have to double check.

I have a list of reputable USA casinos who take BitCoin (last link in my signature).
At the moment, the only stand-alone Rival I recommend who take Btc is Superior Casino (they only started accepting it last month).
Also Ignition & Slots.LV take it - but they are multi-software and I'm not sure if they have ALL the Rival games.

I tried to ask Superior Live support questions and It was not a productive experience.

Again I tried to find out what I need to do to get verified but they said hello and then for 1-2 hours I sat there waiting for a response.

Woke up the next day to this message.

Wasn't really a great first impression.

Do you have any personal experience with them?

Customer Service are useless at the best of times at most joints, Try and email the financial department, What lockinlove said about they only want the scan document signed is due to the charge back, It is most RTG/Rival does this, But I think they may of just wanted to see a copy of the card for just abit of of extra security of whom you are.

Tell them that you a big player and if they cannot answer a simple question about I.D than you will play else where, Guarantee you get an email in lightning record.

Was it necessary for them to add the 200% welcome bonus in the email??

Do you have any personal experience with them?
Yes, I have played there (not with BitCoin) and also worked with them for many years.

I have a very good AM there called Scott who is very helpful. I'm not sure if he is also the rep here on CM, but my guess would be that he is.

Hi Cody,
I'll have a look at this. I'll talk to the CS manager and find out what was happening when you tried to contact. Bitcoin has been an option at Superior for the last month.
I'll get back to you soon.
Thanks for the heads up KK.

Thanks for the information, I saw that a Superior rep commented on this which is kind of nice. Nice to know my comment did not fall on deaf ears.

Lol, I was talking to a casino recently and I said I usually play $200-300 month min at each casino and they tried offering me a 550% bonus with only 50x W/R. I told them bonuses stress me out, especially ones with sky high W/R. I have yet to clear a bonus W/R so that I could withdrawal. I do take them when I am low on funds though, never been lucky enough to cash out.

At any rate, I still appreciate that they sent me the notification that I reached them outside of business hours or whatever, that at least let me know I wasn't being just flat out ignored.

I have to say since starting to play online there are levels of support which are downright disgraceful (Unaccredited casinos I was considering), but so far sticking to the accredited list and sticking to the information on this forum has really helped me to make some informed decisions.

Hi there I appreciate your interest in helping, any update on this?

I really would like the question I asked live chat answered if at all possible. The answer does not need to be public I am ok with an email or a PM.
