Hi Guys and Gals,
So recently I have started to get verified everywhere I plan to to play before I deposit anything, thus far this has been a huge headache.
Customer Support reps at over 3 casinos are very confused and don't know how to handle things when I say I am only going to play with Bitcoin.
They still try to get me to fill out the Credit Card Verification forms, despite me telling them I ONLY plan to use Bitcoin.
There are a few like Slotocash and Uptownaces that I use my CC with but other than that I stick to BTC everywhere else.
I only want to have maybe 10 casinos lined up that I can play at and I am trying to not have them all in the same group.
Its pretty irritating when I have to repeat myself over and over, many of these times I have been told to just send my photo id and bank statement to their verification department and that suffices the doc teams. I guess I feel that currently casinos are not equipped to handle alternate deposit methods are sort of stuck in a single mindset. (Maybe only for US players)
Does anyone think that CC Verification Faxback forms are a little bit out of date? Surely with all the other deposit options you folks overseas have there has to be a better way to verify ones self for alternate deposit methods.
Have any of your folks gone through this?
