Happy birthday dunover

I feel it. No over two decades to go yet, actually I'm off work as I was passenger in a small van yesterday that the driver parked in the back of a refuse wagon escaping without a scratch, while I have a knackered left knee, compressed sternum (basically I need to sit on a stool as I can't sit down or rise easily because my chest hurts due to the seat-belt and airbag impact and if I laugh or breathe deep it's agony) and slight whiplash. Most painful b-day I've had since the midwife slapped me the day I was born....:what:
So I'm feeling a bit sorry for myself at the moment. I actually have some photos of the van which paramedics took with my phone as they couldn't believe I wasn't seriously hospitalized or worse. I'll try and get one on here soon.
Anyway thanks for the birthday wishes people - have a good session, all of you!

Yikes...glad you're ok, but it sucks you got hurt. Bummer when you can't laugh on your birthday! :( Hopefully you'll be on the mend soon and feeling fit for Christmas. Hang in there.

Thanks for that. I started to laugh and my whole chest was wracked with pain. Brought tears to my eyes but not in the way you intended.
