Handwritten letter (Slotto)

Spoke to live chat this evening to put a deposit limit on my account. They told me if I wanted to increase it I would need a signed handwritten letter. I have never seen this before.

I have not heard that one before, I have looked and there is only a self exclude button, Be careful if decide to use that as you will be blocked from all the sites from IPS, such as betuk, slotaway, pink casino and the rest of them.

I have spoken to live help a good few times and there hands are tied, They canot do much but having to write a letter is going a step to far, I bet an email will do the trick

If I were to asked to do that, I'd be holding the latter with one hand and doing ,,!,, with the other....while wearing a T-shirt with the words
"WTF Slotto?" printed on the front.
