The Pirate issue is a dead horse, but my question is now I would like to give these guys a try since they are under new ownership. It is probably only fair as well to help them get a new start (although I still think they should change their name.) Is playing there a good idea? any feedback on the NEW Hamptons?

A friend of mine was owed $1000.00 by Hamptons and he put through a withdrawal request that was not processed for over 5 days then on the 5th day they denied the withdrawal. This was during the whole pirate mess and buyout by new owners. He e-mailed them and got no response and would phone everyday with no answer. He finally got someone on the phone and they said he needed to send through his Fax back doc's again which is bull because he had been playing and withdrawing for months with no problem. Anyways when everything was settled there he got his money and since then has had no problems and they now process his requests within 2 - 3 business days. So it seems they are back to normal now. That is just one experience anyways.

Peace.

Has portofinos owners also changed? Anyone have an idea about this. Because i spoke with their support, and they said they are going to do some work together with connectocasino, but nothing about a whole management change.
By the way, won at portofino, got paid and now they locked my account ;)..

Did you claim a bonus from them? I would call their phone number and ask whats up. I hate e-mailing these casinos, they just ignore you. Try and get them on the phone ask what the F is going on.

You actually won at portofino?? I can't even come close to a decent win there.

The following are a couple of quotes directly from emails sent to me when I tried to assist a player in getting paid $5,276.00 that a he had won back on the 4th of February playing slots at Connect to Casino.

The only thing this player did was request a legitimate pay-out. But instead of paying the player they immediately went in to ROBOT mode. Saying that his play was suspect and they were investigating his play (or words to that effect).

I am finished discussing Ben. He will be paid within the stipulated period as is everybody else at Connect To Casino. If you have another case then present it and I will take care of that too.

This is much better. Now that you present actual cases I can give you actual responses and we can help the players. His account has been banned. As per the rules on our website :

"We reserve the right to ban/close your account at any time at our sole discretion.
In the event that your account is banned and you have not violated any of the rules stated at this website then these are the steps accounting will follow to complete our business with you (in chronological order) :
1> All bonuses will be revoked
2> All deposits will be returned within 72 hours of banning
3> All winnings will be sent to you (via your method of choice) within 30 days of banning
He will be receiving his money within 30 days of banning (by March 28, 2004)

On to the next case please......

In short if youre looking to play at any of the casinos in this group. Dont say you were not forewarned. Notice in the second quote Mr. Spears states that the player will paid 30 days from the date the player was banned, not from the time the player hit the jackpot.

LMAO...guess connecto related so well to Hampton's style of customer support that they decided to buy them out.

Although it does look like the player is going to be paid. But I guess they can still ban whoever they wish. Which is just stupid in my opinion because then the player can't return and lose the money back.

So which casinos are in this group besides Connect To ?(which imho is the dumbest name for a casino)

Lest we forget, Connectocasino was the recipient of Casinomeister's "Worst Named Casino" of 2003 award. https://www.casinomeister.com/static/meister_awards/bestworst2003.php

As for which casinos Connecto is connected to? Well, Hamptons for sure, and I would assume that any casinos that Rich Katz was the operator for went to Connecto as well. Portofino is one. I think that was it.
