Another deposit, another session of errors and other issues. Think todays going to be my last deposit there for a while until they sort their bloody site out.

Anyone else having issues with their site?

It is working fine now, the above screenshot was me trying to get back to the homepage after I got the 'game not available' msg whilst (attempting to) play DoA.

Surely the game not being available and the website timing out would surely indicate the website was down? Albeit for a short time.

Been ok since, touch wood.

Thanks for bringing this up and sorry for the troubles you have encountered on the site. To clarify - all issues with MGS games were out of our control and on the provider end - but this specific error is one we encountered internally as well and seems to be due to server slowdowns that affected our systems and caused a few timeouts. It is most likely that the site was not down in its entirety, and in cases like these it's just best do a hard refresh (ctrl+F5) and if there's no joy, close the affected window, and perform a quick clearing of cache prior to logging back in.

If these errors persist after said actions, log a report with our support team if you have the time - and perhaps take a short break until they either answer or you feel ready to try again. Also, please feel free to PM me and I will get back to you at the earliest opportunity.

Frankly, I know the above suggestions are not exactly going to bring a smile to a loyal customer's face but unfortunately this will occur on occasion. Some downtime or technical errors are reality we try to keep to an absolute minimum but nevertheless cannot eradicate in its entirety.

Rest assured though that we are always willing to comp for any serious, cumbersome errors that we can identify as being on our end that cause proper grief on the player end - so please do trust us on this as we will be good for our word.

Hope this helps and do let me know if you or anyone else on thread encounters any problems.

Is the site having issues again?

Been trying to play DoA and I'm getting timeouts, errors, the full works. Seems to be getting worse.

Yes, I had that error message before especially when I was in the middle of free spins but not for too long. I just logged out got back into it later and it was fine. A lot of other casinos have the same problem time to time and I to believe it's NEtent and sometimes it's Microgaming. I love Guts so I just put up with it. lol

Can't offer a solution tbh but I will say I've played at Guts everyday on and off since last Thursday and not had any problems :confused:

Won't insult you be suggesting the usual, cookies and different browser rubbish lol but have you tried a total reset on your router maybe, I'm not an IT guru, far from it but has helped me in past when I get these errors :)

Can't be at my end, happens everytime I play but others are also having the same issue.

I will never complain about MG software ever again.
 
Site issues

Hi,

You are right, this is occurring again. I cannot apologize enough, the tech team is working on this around the clock and the business team is staying late hours to try and resolve and soothe wherever possible.

I will reassess tomorrow discuss this with the relevant people, and give you full explanations and comps.

Currently the site is stable again - and has been for a few consecutive hours. I sincerely hope it stays this way.

Afraid there seems to be problems again. Keep getting "game unavailable" after a few spins.

Seems to be at the same time every morning around 9am UK time, think I've had 3 or 4 different sessions over the past week or so and when the errors have kicked in and I've posted in this thread, looking at the timestamps on my posts they've all been around the same time.
 
Just terrible on guts today, errors can't connect to server, games not available.:mad:

all browser based casinos suffer from these problems from time to time....pretty annoying to say the least :mad: ......had it at Guts, VS, Bet-At, CasinoLuck, Thrills, Next, Energy to name a few. I tried everything what we "normals" can do - cache&cookies clearing, trying different browser (IE, Edge, Chrome, FF), restarting laptop, rebooting router, trying different internet providers (fixed and mobile broadband)..... nothing really helped. :eek: :confused:

what seemed to make a difference though was running CCleaner instead of the usual cache&cookie clearing. In the past 2 weeks I have run CCleaner after every session and had the error only 2 x since.

I am no super expert on these things but my gaming has become much more relaxed since i started doing it. :D
 
issues

Hi all,

We are still aware of some slowness and problems, but have not had any internal reports of anything major since end of last week. There was a server move effected late last week which should have helped, but we are liaising with our tech team for further monitoring and updates.

Please post on thread (with as much detail as possible, timeframes and zones, specs, games browser etc...) if encountering problems again - and of cpourse always feel free to PM me and/or contact our CS team to log a complaint.

Fortunately, had no problems playing at Guts last week. I find it surprising that issues start popping up again since its recent move from EM!

This is the first time i have had website not available message fro them.
Previously they had a landing page when they had problems
Hoping this gets fixed in the next few hours
 
update

This issue seems to have been ongoing for some hours from the wee small hours of the European morning. Was resolved once office hours started, but I'm not exactly sure what happened. Doing some internal checks as to why and if it's something we are ensuring won't occur again.

Just wanted 1 session before I go back to work, had enough, that's the last deposit until things are 100% fixed. So p*ssed off right now.
 
  • have not got any e-mail from guts like past 1 year from now, in past there was like 1 or 2 emails sent in a week
  • changed email address like few months ago, opt in is "checked" to receive emails
  • requested help about this issue more then like 10 times but anybody does not have glue how to fix this issue

I've had the same with another casino and the problem is not from their side. Your email provider is probably blocking it.

I tried different hotmail addresses I got. Not solved. Tried Gmail = problem solved and I get them again.
Try that if you haven't already :)

We're very sorry here at Guts for your recent issues. We know you have been experiencing various things and it is not good enough from our end.

All this does get forwarded to our tech team, and worked on - it is a burning matter we hope to resolve. I have PMed you as well regarding this - let us stay in touch via both channels where necessary.

Good to hear :) Let's hope for a downtime-free weekend...

Think so! - Wasn't a problem, It was just before I went to bed as I always try and save my last tenner for DOA so just played Immortal Romance instead :D

Post was more to point out Netent's awful spelling :eek:

Played the leftovers of my balance this morning and all good, no errors :thumbsup:
