I just sign in in my account and saw the rewards but i am geting message no games available...well... i am on vacation in Greece maybe thats the reason i am getting that message,is Greece restricted at Guts?

not sure if its the same problem as i had, but i just opened the game after getting an error when i clicked the reward - and got the free spins in there. (though it maybe a different problem you have to mine). :)

The other side of the card holds more information (so if you click on i , you can find more information)

Hmm i think you missunderstand me a bit, for each Reward you have to do different things like

Example: Win 100times in 1H on Slot XY
or Spin 5000 spins on Slot XY right ?!?!

Thats what i want to know , what i have to do for a Rewards ??

I see. Yeah, of course for these rewards (Bonus, Free Spins or Cash) to be added into your Reward section, you have to follow our ongoing promotions and do as per T&Cs

For example, there are 2 promotions (which are pending from the Before GUTS V2:

You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.

You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.


which means that for these 2 promos - the cash won't be found in the new section.

However for future promos, like dep&get FS (for example), you will find them in the reward section.


So to sum it up, you need to take part in our ongoing promos (which you receive via sms, emails, on site messages etc.) and then the prizes will be displayed there after.
At this point, I can't give you exact numbers as you need to check out the promos and take part accordingly.

With this improvement, we wanted to notify our players on rewards they are getting instead of adding them in the game directly (which sometimes leads to lost / forgotten spins)

And a Player Ranking/Level System would be nice in the Future, and for every Level Up you should get a Rewardcard. May be this can be addet somewhere in the Future, just a Idea because mostly every good casino has that....

Just one small niggle - there is lots and lots of information all over the place - a wee bit overwhelming. Only had a brief look so far will look in greater detail a bit later.

Not sure if this has been mentioned, and not being as familiar with guts - are your free spin rewards wager free ? (ie, no requirements to them - like videoslots, rizk etc you get what you win with free spins and thats it).

Hi team Guts! First congrats to the launch, seems all went rather smoothly.

I spent the last hour or so going through every page of the new site and my overall verdict is: big improvement! :thumbsup:

A few observations:

- First what matters to me is the readability as I am short- and farsighted, hence a bright background with clear text in dark colors is making reading much easier compared to the old version.
- Superb top tab bar with the most important things a player needs. (But why is the sign-up button the largest? ...i wonder :D )
- Your logo could be a sharper graphic. To me, it looks like out of focus

- The minimizing of games while doing something else on the site is a good idea. I have not checked but it should close the current game if the player opens a new game. Rizk had this issue where I didn't realize that the game would be running in the background. Once, I closed BoD while running muted in autoplay because it unnerved me so badly. While looking for a different game, I suddenly realized my balance was still dropping. It has been changed now.
- The game icons are slightly too large for my liking. You could have done 6 in a row and still have a good visual.
- Can you add at some point not just the last played games but also a row with favorites?
- I played the 10FS on BoD and must say the info in the bottom bar (balance, bet and win) is hardly readable. It is about double the size at other casinos.

No worries Sara, I am running out of deposit options anyway. The last e-wallet I was able to load from my bank account just cancelled the virtual visa for people outside the EU. So with Entropay gone now, I have none left that I can load directly.

The only option is an international bank transfer to my Ecopayz. Costs me 40EUR per transfer, so not really viable in the long run.

Means that my daily slotting sessions will come to an end. Might do a transfer once in 2 - 3 weeks and will be much less what I deposited in the past.

Probably wouldn't be enough to ascend into the coveted Guts Squad. Fell already out from the Rizk VIP program.

Oh well, will have to look for a new hobby soon. :o

No Sara, the country of residence counts. I actually thought of re-activating my old German address but it is just too complicated.

Jon, PP is the same, not allowed at any casino from my country of residence. Rizk tried to activate PP on my account and it was not possible.

Charging the e-wallets cost me about 8EUR per 100EUR for upload and currency exchange fees. Hence, my thought is to do 2x every month a bank transfer with 400 - 500 EUR as that the cost would be then equal.

Will see how it goes but it sure take the fun out of slotting! :o
 
Okay was going to try depositing at Guts again.

So checked and it appears to be looking for copies of my ID again:confused:

For an account i have already verified several times. And last time took a week to get Bank verified even tho i never use it so no need .

Sorry but not worth the hassle . Don't understand why i would need to verify yet again but certainly not going through the hassle it took last time

I've never heard a player say that he didn't want his favourits listed. I would think we all want that.
The last game played is great too until we clear our cashe and cookies since they disappear when we do. I have a big problem remember names of the games I play so I always have a problem searching or I end up just playing a few well known game and don't bother trying to find the others.

in fairness i haven't had one offer this year that wasen't excluded via deposit from skrill, but its only mildly annoying and as mentioned very common these days,

lost a couple deposits, at which point I'd typically open live chat and get a pity bonus.. but my screen says "you lose! HAHA" or something like that ;-)
 
Where are those new promos and rewards ? Nothing has changed imo except site loads slower and gets stuck every now and then...

I deposited (without a code or something) and get a Reward 10FS

I have to correct me it was not a reward it was the normal Friday Freespins for deposit

Regarding the rewards, the system itself is new as the winnings (results of taking part in promos) can be found there instead of guessing the promo games. Which and how many promos you will take part in, is up to you!

Promos/campaigns will be received via SMS / emails / on-site information etc., so make sure you have subscribed to this option.
