Guts.com Dont like 'Lucky' Customers

Wow im very shocked. I didn't even know this was possible to even happen. I guess i have not been lucky enough with deposit bonuses to get banned from using them but still to have the whole account shut down for wining is quite harsh and just makes me think if it may happen to me some day. Ah well my friend at least you got a nice raise from them.

I have been depositing at Guts for 2 years. I rarely deposit on a monday or a thursday. I have had 2 wins in those 2 years and they were in the last 2 months. i've been bonus banned with no notification. I am considering a hiatus, a temporary self exclusion. banning them right back. poor customer retention. poor customer service and absolute bs timing. merry Christmas to you too jerks. no more of my money will you get. there are Christmas calenders everywhere. Scratch my back, i'll give you my money. no withdrawls for two years and multiple deposits weekly. total arse.

I would like to say that 90% of my deposits are bonus related on any site, I play for fun, slots only, I do not take every bonus on offer, The way I look at it that its in the casino's favour anyway, If you get a nice win and your lucks in than rarly you cashout any way,

I personally have not been bonus banned from anywhere as far as I know, But I bet I know whet the feeling would be like and not very nice, I can clearly see if you are in profit and only take bonus than the sites have to step it up a bit, But also at the same time do not offer them,

From my experience Guts is at the top, Very friendly and helpfull, And like yits said CS have some power, They do not put adverts in the local job centre for somebody who can spell "clear cookies and cache"

I will not go on about all the + side of things but any player there will no they are a serious casino,

That is exactly the point. Why bonus ban anyone, if it is in the casino's favor anyway. The casino seems to believe that some players are so lucky, they on average beat EV.
Maybe they should adopt the RTG casino's way. You only get a freebie when you didn't win on your last deposit. Simple, and no two ways about it. Still, I believe even RTG ban sometimes...

In fact after deducting expenses for staff, fees for payments/game-providers etc. it might be a loss/loss situation for casino and player. Exactly, if you are losing they won't ban you. But if you are winning they will. BS. Land Casino's don't do that. I'll go back to that.

Bonus banned

I was bonus banned at Guts long ago, maybe a year or so, and couldnt really understand it. I usually took their then weekly 50% bonus but what is wrong with that, why offer it if you dont want me to take it? I often, not always, play with bonuses but Guts are the only ones that banned me. Still they keep sending me the occasional bonus offer with codes that dont work for me.

I used to like Guts but the ban, without a warning I may add, and the continuing promotional messages which I cant use have left a bad impression

Yeah you are actually right And the same goes at bookmakers they don't like winners as well. If you make to much profit and your play looks like a pro punter. The sure way to not get banned is to make sure to have several cash deposits. I always end up making another cash deposit after I have tried a bonus offer at a casino. But a good hint or advise is to try make at least one cash deposit between even if just a minimum deposit
