GUTS - bonus issues

I need to speak to management at Guts Casino
Apparently there is no management until Monday
I've been given incorrect information and have been lied to
I'm not happy but nobody is keen to assist I was told to just wait
 
Guts are a VERY decent outfit with top notch customer service.

They would bend over backwards to help all their customers.

Ben is very responsive and helpful and also their Head of Operations.
 
Ben is indeed a great fellow. But it is the weekend, don't be upset if you don't get a reply before Monday. But you will be in touch with absolutely the top dog with the power to help you if possible.

Include the info he will need to look into your issue by private message, including real name and user name at guts. If you have copies of emails or chats with misinformation (sometimes a more accurate term than "lies"), cut and paste them for him as well.

If you have funds/bonus funds in play, or a withdrawal pending, leave it be until Monday. Don't play further until you have your answers.
 
Guts are one of the most respected (if not THE most respected ) outfits for a reason, namely their rep/Head of ops Ben. I can vouch that it will be looked at properly, fairly and rapidly (and I am someone who is down at their casino from the various deposits I have made)

pretty sure your issue will be sorted out....one of the best CS in the industry today.....
