I wanted to raise a compliment regarding Grosvenor Casino online. They are really friendly and helpful, but most of all honest. With fast payouts and great customer service. "Andy" has been very helpful and answered questions within 24 hours.
Slots is all I play and the greentube slots can be very odd at times with over 1250-1500 spins without a feature. The slots also seem to have connection issues at times with the fair play being needed to ensure you get back onto the same machine. However, once you have played a machine, you are always taken onto the same machine, which if you have had a win is not what you really want.
The slots retriggers can be very poor with 15 - 30 free spins being the norm. This is not the case when playing the same machines on the STARGAMES web site, so dont know why tis is, if someone can explain that would great.
The above aside, I find this casino easy to speak with both live and online and all payouts have been fast and within 24 hours.
They in my opinion should be given a higher score than the 9.1 they have at present. We need to promote honest casinos more to make them work hard to maintain the rankings.
