If they have no UKGC licence and you are based in 'Essex' how come you actually played there?

A casino only becomes 'nice' for players with a proven track record of paying out reliably and without undue delay plus having unambiguous terms with no FU clauses. With all due respect playing a few free spins doesn't qualify you to recommend it. Of course CS will be 'great' when a new player who hasn't yet deposited is being led on to do so.

I think the correct protocol on here is usually to recommend when you have confirmed the whole process, i.e. deposit, game quality, bonus then smooth KYC (if requested) and prompt hassle-free withdrawal unless the site is already linked to a trusted accredited casino or group.

They have a paltry monthly withdrawal limit of e5000 for example, which many players here would laugh at and also as stated have dishonestly advertised a 20xB WR when it's in fact at least 40x........

We've updated bonus terms, so contribution is 100% now and wager is 35. So basically, bonus terms have become more loyal for the players (x35 wager now instead of x40 before).

Naw I did it really to test the speed of the response. I don't see the need to send an email to chase up documents that they say they need for any cash out (and as per there documents page to verify deposits ) a casino should be falling over themselves to give exemplary support and response times. In this case I had none. Going into day 5 with documents showing as still "not approved" not a good sign for a new casino. I will wait this one out and see how long it actually takes them but in no rush to deposit there again.

The RTP will be the same regardless of casino. Think what you had is known as a "dire run of bad luck" but if say you play Netent at Casino A and then again the same games at Casino B the actual RTP for each game will be exactly the same. The outcome will not though. Thats gambling. These days I would never choose not to play at a casino based on a bad run. Rather what the general terms and conditions are , the CS and so on. Each to there own though.
