Intercasino (UK) are only behind 32RED in the free chip stakes for me. I regularly get an email or notification that there's a few hundred quid or whatever sat waiting for me play, no strings on the house.

Again, behind 32RED, they are probably the most consistent throughout the years I've played online (Probably eleven or so upwards now... )
