Grand Prive Done on Dec. 1st

Any clarification from your affy contact Irwin yet?
No, but I sent my mail very late Friday & it's only very early Monday now so I was not expecting a reply yet.
Also, I wouldn't be surprised if he has a huge amount of e-mails to wade through this morning!

I no longer have any GP casinos installed... Just wondering... Any USA people w/existing GP accounts having any problems logging in to their casino/accounts?

If not... are they simply cutting their affiliates loose? (rather a crappy thing to do, but not beyond them IMHO)

Hi everyone..
just wanted to give you all a heads up..
I talked to grand prive today (december 1st) and my account is still open to play and they told me that they are NOT shutting the doors to U.S. players..

so this makes you go hmmmmmmm.....

whats going on??????
maybe just trying to stop paying affilates???

anyway..just thought i should share what happened..
I despise this casino anyway..so it doesn't surprise me!

Grand Bay working for me OK (non-US).

This looks very much just an attempt to cut affiliates loose, and keep the commission for themselves.

Perhaps to prove this, one of the affiliates should contact them and ask them about the very obvious fact that the casinos are still "business as usual" for both non-US and US, and ask what caused the reversal of the decision, and that they would like to know how their payments are being handled during December for their referred players that CLEARLY can still play and potentially generate revenue.

If GP is keeping their casinos open for depositing players, but cutting off their affiliates, I would think the affiliates would be up in arms about broken contract agreements, and theft, etc.....

Anyone want to clue us players in on WTF is going on?

And why does any of this matter to players? Because (usually) if casinos will screw over affiliates, they won't think twice about doing it to players -- and vice versa.

And BTW... is GP the only MG group doing this?

Ok, as far as I know:

Belle Rock is so far the only group closing all US player accounts.

The others are just not accepting new US players.

Grand Prive just decided to stop paying affiliates for past work. They are continuing to let players play.

Grand Prive is being rogued by GamesandCasino, and by many other sites, for breach of contract.

Just because we are on the internet doesn't mean basic rules of business don't apply. A contract is a contract is a contract.

Players have contracts with casinos also, the T&C you agree to is your contract.

My thinking has always been, if a place screws one group of people, they are likely to screw another group when it seems a good idea to them. A crook is a crook is a crook.

So I have rogued the group. Clean up your act, Grand Prive, and honor your contracts!

This situation looks rather poor - and I am really surprised that this is happening with an MGS operation. In past Grand Prive screwups, the operators were not even aware of the mis-goings on. I'll make sure these guys are in the loop this time.

This is not merely an advertising or affiliate issue, this is an issue that affects all of us - especially players. If a casino reneges on a contractual agreement with an advertiser - the players are next.

Pending rogue pit.

What do the CAP and GPWA affiliate outfits have to say about this? Has there been any comment from either of those, and if so are they doing anything about this?

CAP have de-certified them and have an "action plan" to try and get things resolved apparently.

I had an issue with them. Where I deposited $300 and they locked my account, right afterward. I made (1) $200 bet on Red in roulette . I was told I has a High Risk player. And my account and deposit (EcoCard) would be locked for 6 months. I filed a complaint with Ecogra. A Tex Rees said I violated a bonus rule. And after 6 months I could access my funds

Bearing the above in mind, I agree with the casinos decision to lock your account for 6 months. At that time your exclusion will be over and you can choose to withdraw the funds from your account - once they have been able to complete ID verification.

Regards,

Tex

6 months later: After several unanswer email. And Chat run arounds

Greg: Thank you, verification complete. How may I assist you?

tlprxxxxxx: I would like my deposit back now

tlprxxxxx: its been 6 months and I would like my deposit

tlprxxxxxx: or i will goto the police and officials in your country

tlprxxxxxxx: and local newspaper in your country

tlprxxxxxxx: this is serious

and im not playing any more games with you

Greg: Kindly send us an email with your request

tlprxxxxxxx: I want my damn deposit back and I want it now. I am not playing any gd games with you. You are not going to confiscate my deposit and not give it back. I swear I will do anything everything to make sure this is corrected. We can do this peacefully or we can go public. This is rougish behavoir!

So I contact Tex again: As of today my account has not be reopen...And I wished to have my deposit refunded. My 6 months is now up

and she replied:

We have reviewed these identifiers and are satisfied that the operator has acted according to their Terms and Conditions in locking your account at the Grand Prive Group. For security reasons we are not at liberty to disclose the nature of the identifiers.

Please note that the following clause in the sites Terms and Conditions applies:

11. The Player acknowledges that cheating of any sort shall result in the forfeiture of all verified balances in the Player's account. The Player further acknowledges that the forfeiture of such verified balances in no way prevents GRAND PRIV CASINOS from pursuing other avenues of recourse, such as criminal or civil proceedings.

So I replied to tex: so they are not going to give me my deposit back? they just going to keep it? this is rogish and im gonna do what i can to report this. you can not just steal someone's money and not give it back

She doesn't reply back.

I send her another email: So tex you're not going to make them return my deposit? You going to allow them to keep my deposit? Even though I haven't lost it? But was locked into my account by the casino. I am trying to do this peacefully thru you. But if you can't be of not assistance in getting my deposit back. I am going to RAISE plenty of HELL!

AGAIN NO REPLY!!!

And the only thing I did was place a $200 bet on RED!
