Hi,

could you please help me, guys?
I usually don't accept any Bonus because it spoils my fun with WR-accounting. A week ago I played Roulette at Golden Reef, lost all my deposit - 80 + 100 Euro and wanted to deinstall Casino. Before doing that, I decide to give it a try and played with Bonus 80 Euro. I was lucky and won over 2000 Euro in Bush Telegraph. With so much money it was easy to fulfill WR and I transfered Money from Bonus to Real Account and then to E-Cash. 2 days later my cashout was back to my Casino-Account. In Live-Chat I was told that in order to cashout I need to fullfill a Real-Account(???!!) WR additionally. Are they just picking on me because I was lucky enough to win? I am very unexpirienced with WR-almoust never took Bonus
Thans a lot!

Lydia

You are not the first to be 'caught out' by these crappy 'bonus account' terms - and you wont be the last!

Their T&C's say you must complete WR in BOTH accounts before you can cash out ANYTHING.

Therefore what you have to do now is complete the WR in your 'real account'. 100 x 20 = 2,000 in wagering.

The wagering you already did with your 100 deposit should count towards this - all you have to do is finish the WR with your transferred bonus winnings. (If you don't record wagering as you go, use Playcheck to find out what you've done - or e-mail the casino & ask!)
Don't forget some games are restricted!

You should be able to do this OK & come out with a nice profit - good luck!

Minimum Level of Play
Any Players who registers a real account is deemed to have accepted the Bonus terms and conditions by the Casino. A Player is required to complete the following wagering requirements on both the deposit and the bonus awarded before a Cash In is allowed from their Real Account.

Wagering on Bonus
Your Play on most Games require a minimum wagered amount of 20 times the bonus received. The only exceptions are:

Your Play on Craps, Baccarat and Vegas Strip Blackjack is not counted towards the Minimum Level of Play requirement.
If you play any of the Blackjack (except Vegas Strip Blackjack), Roulette, and all Poker games you are required to play 60 times the bonus amount credited to your Bonus Account.

Wagering on Deposit
Your Play on most Games require a minimum wagered amount of 20 times your initial deposit.
dont you have to do wagering on the transferred amout ?

so if she has won 2000 and is playing roulette this means she has to play

60*2000=120,000 before she can cash out

scrollock said:

dont you have to do wagering on the transferred amout ?

Yes, and I found that out the hard way. Royal Vegas has their 100 free spins scheme going, and whatever you win above and beyond that $100 credit they start you out with is transferrable to your real account, but instead of being winnings you can cash out, it becomes part of your deposit and has to wagered 15x or whatever. Your bonus account only becomes cashable if you lose your initial deposit.

At Golden Reef, Music Hall you dont have W/R on your winnings transfered, it is 20x dep, 20x bonus, so if you deposited $100 it is $2000 and got a bonus of $100 it is $2000.

Bruce & Scroll,
The T&C's don't say you have to wager the transfered amount - only the deposited amount as Lydia's last post confirms.

Lydia,
The casino's who have the WR on your winnings are to be avoided at all costs!

Don't worry about getting paid - I'm sure Reef are reputable and you wont have any problems at all, as long as you meet the WR.

Be careful & good luck!

I told you already. I never claim Bonus and sometimes I even send E-Mail about 'Bonus-Refusal' before I play..

Hmmm... Maybe, I did it in Captain Cooks too..
Thats why I didn't have problems with payout.

Anyway, thanks for the warning...

Lydia

Last Update, in case you are interested...

After playing Slots for a little while, I've finally met the W/R (at least I was told so in Live-Chat) and transfered 950 Euro to E-Cash!!!

Lydia

WR and Golden Reef Casino

They changed their T&C not long ago....you must have gotten bonus in bonus account before the change.

Now whatever amount you are able to transfer from bonus account you can cash out right away....

I have done this 2x now....since the change....

Just FYI

Surprise...!!!

950 Euro are already on my Neteller_account. I cashed in at FWC on Saturday, it was in my Neteller account yesterday afternoon.

You are right - Lasseters und Global Player for example, are much faster, you get your money next day.
The reason why I was surprised I expected many excuses for payment delays. You don't cash out oft by WR fulfillment, especially from 80 Euro Bonus to almost 1,000 Euro. Some casinos don't like it!
