Could you please send me a scanned copy of the coupon you received? I'd like to see it.

Did it mention anywhere certain terms and conditions, or was is just a coupon with a URL to enter?

It was a snail mail letter. I won't have access to a scanner until Monday, but I'll do it then. It had a url www.goldennilecasino.com and a coupon code to enter in the cashier. It said "No Strings".

I'll send it as soon as I can.

This coupon has no mentioning of any terms and conditions, but the casino has confiscated the winnings ($750) with this reasoning:

Thank you for contacting the Casino Support Team.
Please note that your recent request to withdraw funds from the casino has been denied as you have redeemeed multiple vanity codes. The vanity codes which we send out can only be redeemed once per person. The redemption of more than one vanity card per account is a violation of our terms and conditions. Please feel free to contact our 24/7 Support Team if you have any additional questions.

The player had redeemed the $100 coupon in October and the $20 December coupon in December. It doesn't state anywhere on these coupons that this is forbidden. In fact, it seems that this would have been the natural thing to do.

My advice is to avoid these casinos at all costs.

Agreed, from time to time I get these snail mailers from powerbet, golden nile, american grand, high rollers (crystal group). They go straight to the shredder and the CD broken into pieces.

That's the same coupon I got in the mail, the one that Bryan scanned. I never did play the coupons. I want nothing to do with this group of casinos.
