Dear Bryan;

I am truly disappointed with the posture you have taken and continue to
take regarding our Casinos.

Our attempts to cooperate with you in the past few months regarding past player
issues has resulted in an increased level of slander and libel on your part.
Your recent email warning your readers to avoid us at all costs because of
potential Copywrite issues was a truly malicious attempt to negatively effect
our business.

I especially enjoy your comments on each of our responses, considering
that in none of the situations we responded too did your involvement result in any
action on our part, I don't understand the basis for the self serving comments.
You also failed to report that in almost every case you inquired about, the players are
still active customers at our Casinos, even the 60+ lady in your "lead story"
plays everyday. I also enjoyed the Florida email bit, taken from the files of the OPA, but
distorted to serve your purpose, nevertheless.

Largo Casino which is owned and operated by another group totally unrelated to
our organization has also been the target of your attacks. Largo's owners tell us they
have not even had a complaint sent to you. How do you explain this?

We are not going to change our position on a player issue simply because you are
involved, and have decided we are a "Rogue" operation. I agreed to continue to
communicate with you because I honestly thought you were legitimately concerned
for the players, as am I. What it amounts to, is you have rather clearly demonstrated
that youre just another Gaming Portal owner making your own News to keep people
coming back to your site. Their is no balance, objectivity or even factual basis for
most of your content.

I don't believe we have any basis for further communications.

Robert Hamilton
General Manager

My response:

Dear Robert,

My problem with you and your outfit is that it is based on lies and half-truths. Wager21, your software provider, is using pirated images and game names from IGT. And since this industry is based largely on integrity and common courteous business practices, I am obligated to my visitors and members to warn them about unscrupulous businesses like yours.

Slander? I think not. I'm stating the truth and letting my audience make their own decision. You stated that I've made a "truly malicious attempt to negatively effect your business." If you feel that breaching anothers' trademark rights is okay, you don't deserve to be in business in my opinion. If you think this is "malicious", that's your problem.

If I had nothing to do with any of the players finally being paid, then why did you wait to pay them after I contacted you? Get real. Lest you forget I have records of players complaints going back several years, including records from the OPA. Which brings me to your next lame ass comment:

I also enjoyed the Florida email bit, taken from the files of the OPA, but distorted to serve your purpose, nevertheless.

Yes, I have been collecting copies of your emails. Thanks for reminding me to go public with this:

Here's a good one:

Then why is it on goldbetting's server? Totally unrelated to you? Any five-year-old who can operate a computer and read can see that this is a flat out lie. I never once said that Largo wasn't paying players. This seems to go right over your head. I stated that they are on goldbetting.com's server. My position is that if a casino operator is willing to either lie or distort the truth, they should not be in the business. This is a major concern of players; apparently it is not yours.

I think I have undoubtedly been successful in warning many players and key industry persons about your rougeness. If players continue to play at your casinos, that's fine. But they should be well aware that when your laptop's battery goes dead, there won't be any recourse to collect their winnings.

Sincerely,

Bryan

"But they should be well aware that when your laptop's battery goes dead, there won't be any recourse to collect their winnings."

Lmao!

 What a moron this guy is!

You'd think a general manager would have at least a high school education in order to get such an apparently important posistion in a legitimate business.

Note to Robert Hamilton: Your credibility would be greatly improved if you actually used the right words when you compose a serious letter to someone such as Bryan. For future reference, the word is COPYRIGHT as in the RIGHT to COPY something. There is no such thing as copywrite, so of course you couldn't be violating that since it doesn't even exist.

(Also, it would be 'negatively AFFECT' not effect. 'Responded too' would mean responded also, just one 'o' in to when used in this context. And there is a big difference, and different burden of proof, between libel and slander. They are not interchangable.)

What a boob (oops was that libelous or slanderous? :wtf: )

ryder1 just pointed out that they have changed the names of a number of their games....I wonder why :wtf:

Texa Tea is still there with the ripped off image of the Texan. What dweebs!
