Going over deposit limit

If I've gone over my deposit limit which I have proof of, and it states below it amount able to deposit £0... should I be entitled to my money back?

I set the deposit limit to protect myself... but it' failed and I've lost more the I intended to.

Any input would be appreciated

Some casinos increase your deposit limit proportionally to processed withdrawals iirc.

Why would you try to deposit knowing you may exceed you’re limit?

Might be the casinos fault to be honest but not sure on getting you’re deposits back as you have played it and lost it I gather.

What would the outcome be if you exceeded you’re deposit limit and actually won?

Which is what I was going to say, you may have a 'deposit limit' which is simply a surreptitious loss-limit. Bang out of order, shouldn't happen. Deposit limit should mean exactly that, a predefined amount you can deposit in a set or rolling period of day/week or month. If it's £50 a month then that's all you can deposit, whether you lose it or win 10k and withdraw it.

Casinos that deliberately miss-describe their deposit limits do so for exactly the same reason as they or others impose pending periods - to encourage you to spunk winnings back.
