From Long time im not recived any free spins from Go wild . But still play in this place and make a lot deposits- But ok - they dont woona give me free spins ok. No problem - Last time im was have birthday - so im decided go to go wild live chat and ask then abaout - Possible 10€ free chips for active depositors in birthday ( one year ago im recived ) - Person from live support tell me no sorry in this moment you can play only with your money only.
( Probably bonus banned im dont know?) Anyway ok you dont wonna give me free chips in birthday ok - im was a little bad but ok....

In the meantime Im still recived every single week spam from accountmanager@gowildcasino.com "Play with 100 EXTRA free spins on Break da Bank Again
for a deposit of 50 or more." - ( Im recived over 20 this messages - every one single week next message again and again) Im usually ignored this- but after my conversations with live agent in my birthday - When person from live support tell me you cant recived birthday free chips becose in this moment im can play only with your money (nice words for bonus banned) - Then why this accont manager send me still this spam if im not eglible for this promotions-any no deposit and deposit bonus in this place.. - Probably send this spam massive for all customers..... Finnaly Im answers for this spam - And write why you still send me this spamm with 100 extra free spins promotions if im not eglible to use any promotions in Go wild - And not recived answers - Only after few days again same emial

Play with 100 EXTRA free spins on Break da Bank Again for a deposit of 50 or more." ........( emial was with my personal detailes and without affiliate links so was send from person from go wild - of corse in same time im recived every day Massive spamm from a lot others affiliates cooperation with go wild)

Im sorry, i dont understand your complaint. I dont see anywhere in there them saying you cant play the 100 free spin promotion.
They didnt give you birthday free chips. Sucks. But its a perk, not an obligation on their part. If you felt you should have received them, send a polite email to your promotion manager, not the csr

When im ask abaout 10 free chips person from live support tell me you can play only with your money - When im ask few times when im do deposit abaout do you have some deposit promotions for me live support say sorry - You can play only with your money - So if im can play only with my money - Then im probably bonus banned - And cant use deposit and no deposit promotions only my real money - So in this case if acount manager still send me promotions - make deposit 50 and recived 100 free spins - Then this is strange for me. Summary to be clear - Acount manager still offered deposit promotions - and live support still say you can play without bonuses.- only with your money

I have been receiving these free spin offers, and unlike the usual spam, they have my account number quoted. I am also "only able to play with my own money" there, and haven't been told otherwise. I had not received anything from them for a while, and suddenly these offers keep coming in.

I have ignored them, as free spins could be 1c and 1 line, and just a trick to get me to deposit again. Although they had a spell of being a top notch casino, things just fell apart after their HQ got raided by the police. Despite assurances that this was merely a blip, and that things would quickly be restored to normal, this never happened. We never got the top notch CS experience back again, and we saw a number of dubious practices creeping in.

This could just be a good old bait and switch, and the truth is that after depositing, your "account manager" as well as CS will tell you that you are not eligible for the free spins, but that you might be should you carry on playing, which would mean losing enough back to the casino to have the bonus ban lifted.

What you need is written confirmation that you will get these free spins after you deposit from your account manager, this will make it harder for them to justify refusal without it looking like an intentional bait & switch as it deprives them of the "automated mail to all players" excuse. CS have told you that you are NOT eligible, so take that as the truth and deposit elsewhere, and if your account manager feels CS got it wrong, he can go have a word with them for losing him your deposit.

Are you 100% those e-mails are actually coming from the casino and not a spammer?
Many spammers are good at disguising their junk-mail to make it look authentic. Go to one of the e-mails & check the "Properties" to find out exactly where they come from.

Whether from the casino or not, you should complain to their "Chief Marketing Officer" and ask him what they are going to do about it:

If they quote my account number, they had better not be from a spammer, else GoWild are in even deeper trouble.

I know they are coming from the casino. I get them too. They are probably sent out to all of us that don't play there, or play there just a little.
It talks about VIP's sometimes, which is something I can't be since I don't play there.

Why I know it's real is because they are responding when I ask things, and they wouldn't be doing that otherwise:rolleyes:
