I requested them to permanently self exclude mulitple times. And they keep inticing me back with sms offers. Then i request my account reopened and they open it again.

Even tough i requested permanent exclusion. Multiple times... they just make me send this email saying i want to reopen.

Whtas the point of permanent self exclusion if its not permanent? Is this even allowed? I see they have a malta lisence.

Just to be curious, under which license they holding license and if several, under which license you are falling (UKGC, MGA, Curacao or some other)? As it also in my opinion is very strange but MGA ruling gives operator possibility to open account even it have indefinite self exclusion (with 7 days cool off period).

With my experience at least most reputable operators are not doing that as if you have permanently self-excluded yourself because of gambling addiction, they don't want to take advantage from your addiction. Some bit less reputable operators could probably do that, UKGC don't allow it to happen, Curacao..... don't probably have to say much and no even idea about their regulations as haven't want really be in touch with them (will already mention here that nobody don't have to add it, yes there are some very good operators who have even active reps here but for some reason have decided to be licensed in Curacao but so many rotten apples there who have ruined reputation of these licenses)
