Let me share what happened with what was at the time my favorite casino. I was a regular daily player at Go Casino as well as Golden Casino, with accounts at all the other Casinos in this vegas tech casino group. On my first win and cash out I worked with a casino host and built up a nice repoire with her. I soon moved up in player levels and took advantage of all the daily, weekly bonuses they offered for level. I got to level 4 and over maybe a 2 month period I started winning nicely a few times at both for a combine amount around 12-16,000. I called in one day and was told I had made level 5 and when I called the next day to make a deposit ( the day I could claim a 100% match bonus ) I was informed that I was now considered a deposit and play player only and would no longer recieve any sort of bonuses, player points, rewards points or cash back bonuses for play any longer on All of my accounts. Not just Go and Golden but all of them managed by this group. Grand Vegas, Online Vegas, Crazy Slots, Super Slots, Go and Golden etc. and was told it came from Upper Management. I was rather disappointed. Has this happened to any other players? I had alot of respect for this group of casinos even though they take the longest I have ever encountered to process withdrawals from request to recieve. I still had this group in highest regard until this occured, now I play here only occasionally, and while I still like the staff people running these casinos I feel like I got dumped on just a little. Whats the opinion on this? Does it sound fishy or simply how it is? Thanks, Jessie

Seems they just don't like winners. Uninstall the lot, and see if there is anywhere better. No need to give the staff an earful, since it is not their fault, but that of upper management.

Tell then that you now consider yourself as a "no deposit, no play player", and will be taking your $16K elsewhere.

Let them stew for a few weeks, or even months, and see what happens;)

Behind the scenes, they will probably conduct another review, and you will find out whether they are simply bluffing, or REALLY don't want your custom.

Don't forget, this isn't JUST a "bonus ban", you are banned from EVERYTHING.

The exact same happened to me at Roxy Palace. I worked my way up to Gold, and I was on the verge of hitting Platinum when they issued the "bonus ban". The bonuses were only around 30% too.

The fact that you had accounts at ALL of their casinos may have influenced their decision, but mostly it seems they are punishing LUCK.

Sadly, this muddled thinking is common in the industry, with a medium term winning run being interpreted as a player that can somehow defy the maths of probabilty, and who will ALWAYS just keep on winning unless the casino does something to throw them off balance, and this is usually done through a "bonus ban".

Only when EVERY decent online casino has given you a bonus ban do you NEED to play without incentives.

Would a Vegas casino go so far as to confiscate your player card and kick you out of your comped room just for winning too much during your visit? This is effectively what GO is doing IN ADDITION to the bonus ban.

I like that VWM. :)

pkrgoddess, it's nothing to feel too bad about. Think of the bragging potential!

I am still working towards my first bonus ban. No luck yet. ;(

It's just like VWM says; take your money and move on.

There are plenty of other fish in the sea. :)

Too Right:p

I've been kicked out of B & M Fruit Machine casinos (known as "amusement arcades") for "amusing myself" at their expense. Like Queen Victoria, the owners "were not amused".

This is for playing RIGGED games, set to between 70% and 80% payout. I just knew far too much about HOW they were rigged, and WHEN to play them, and when NOT to.

I have been "bonus banned" at a good many online casinos too, and a recent trend has been getting bonus banned when LOSING, as well as when winning. Much of my play has switched to SLOTS, and yet STILL I get bonus banned.

Fortunately, I have a HUGE choice of casinos, and there has ALWAYS been somewhere else REPUTABLE to play. Often, I go back to dormant accounts where I never did well, so never got bonus banned, and see what they are offering NOW. Most are only too pleased to see me back, and don't hang around in telling me what the latest promotions are.

Kind of an old post, but..

I've just been bonus banned for my 700 and 500 withdrawals at Black Diamond and Box24, respectively. (With quite a few ill-advised reversals in the mix!)

I am a sad player - I really thought I'd found a home for my scary rich/2 spins. I'm awaiting a payout from another Rival (rubyroyal) and hope to beat the whitelabel odds and find my "home" there.

Strange you should say that about Box24....I had two smallish-midsize withdrawals on the last 4 deposits and went to play again and found my settings lowerd to a maximum bet of $5 a hand in blackjack..and I do not even take bonuses!!! Talk about surprised! I usually bet between $7-8 dollars a hand until I make enough to go back to the slots and geez...it was like...HUH??? when I tried to bet $7.

I asked the cs in live chat what was up with that and she said...EVERYONES max bet is that...I said...big fibber...and left..

Bad form, Box24.

I'd emailed the manager@box24casino with my concerns over being bonus banned (before coming here and complaining), and was told with my bonus play I had gained "an unfair advantage over the house." Ha! I wish! Box23 doesn't offer free chip play except for newbies, and I prefer playing with NO bonus so that I can play whatever I want, however I want. I am "free to reopen my account anytime I choose."
(I asked to close my account.)

I really am bummed, because there's NO way I had an advantage, I just got a tiny bit lucky on scary rich.
