Well I got this bit of info today via email. I can't remember reading much about Giant Vegas and their days with RTG. They didn't belong to a particularly bad group of RTG casinos, did they? At any rate, their email promises "better player service and support than ever before"

Oh, and I got a free $20 "no strings attached" bonus in my account for being such a loyal player (ive never deposited there before, although I did download the old software many moons ago). Unfortunately their idea of a no strings bonus is a max cash out of $20 with 25x wager requirements. Sounds like good old RTG T&C's if you ask me :)

Giant Vegas and Kiss belong (belonged?) to an Australian called Brian Goodman, and if you check the archives here you will see that their conduct was not acceptable late last year, and that as far as RTG were concerned they closed. In fact the Giant Vegas closure was just recently reported.

So it appears that either Goodman has simply reopened with a different software, or he has sold the domain (and possibly the player database) to someone else who is starting up with Playtech software.

Here's an up-to-the-minute addition, which I have just received from a reliable source - Giant Vegas still belongs to Goodman.

I wonder how long it will be before we see a resurrection of Kiss Casino with Playtech software?

Perhaps Playtech wont stand for the same unacceptable behavior? At least their operators seems to have a better track record, except for notorious slow pays...

And this is their great "offer" to players.

Interesting "no strings attached" offer, huh? LOL.

I actually managed to wager my $20 bonus 25x and turn it into $40, so that upon withdrawal (and removal of $20 "play credits") I was able to withdraw the maximum $20 allowed.

BUT... I couldn't withdraw to Neteller (or Firepay). I got a message that said I must deposit using that method first. Since I had a major problem a year ago with a withdrawal from Giant Vegas I was not going to do that... so I requested a bank check instead.

We'll see what happens... not going to buy baby that new pair of shoes just yet. :)

geez

I don't think these guys will pay, even $20. I received this promotion in my inbox. Then for fun, wagered over 25x(slots). Then later cashed out for $75 minus the bonus.

I then get an vague email:

"Please note that you did not comply to our promotion bonus policy, either not wagering at least the minimum required in total bets or wagering the bonus on certain bet types in Baccarat, Roulette or Craps. We have therefore credited your cash-in back to your casino account"

Played little more slots, about $300 worth and lost some, cashed out $30 and get the same lame email two days later. I have asked for more specifics on what the heck they are trying to tell me. Like, "keep playing fool till you lose it all! "

I don't care about the $20. Just a little curious, bored to see if they payout.
