Getting emails from Rich Casino

Yes they are on the Rogue List, but that is from way back under old owners.
I asked Bryan if he would consider removing them from the List as they were bought out by a non-rogued group earlier this year (Winward Hall), but he declined, preferring to wait a while to see how it pans out.
In any event, they are still a Top Game casino - and this entire software is in the "Bumblings, Blunders and Negligence" section, so I guess the best they could hope for is an "upgrade" from Rogue to Not Recommended...

On and off problems with this group too. Shafted ME for a measly $25 some time ago, and then ignored all communication and locked me out of their internal ticket system. Only when someone here contacted them for me did I get back the $25.

Moving from Parlay to TopGame was a move in the wrong direction, but one move in the RIGHT direction was to put a rep onboard at CM.

It'll have to be a "wait & see" to ensure that Rich is being brought up to a higher standard, rather than dragging Winward down to "standard Top Game" standards.

There are still unanswered questions about TopGame software itself, most notably the "missing wilds" incident followed by the "disappearing progressive pool" that was never returned to the slot in question, nor obviously returned to players in another way.
