Get Minted- VIP Bonuses- Concerns??

<div class="bbWrapper">I&#039;ve been a member and then VIP member of Get Minted for some time now. They&#039;ve always been pretty good, with weekly promotions offering bonuses for all (usually 25x to 30x wagering before cashout)<br /> <br /> There&#039;s also a number of extra bonuses for VIPs, such as a &quot;Seasons Greeting&quot; bonus which is a straight cashback if you&#039;ve achieved a certain deposit and wagering across the previous 3 months of the season and a &quot;Bad Luck Bonus&quot; which is discretionary but is usually 10% back of your losses. The good thing is that these 2 bonuses are immediately withdrawable.<br /> <br /> However, recently Get Minted changed the deposit and wagering to get to the first level (£100) of the &quot;Seasons Greeting&quot; bonus to £3000 deposit and £50,000 wagering over the 3 months (I think from £1500 deposit and £25,000 wagering but not 100% sure) and whereby the payment was usually within the next day or so of the bonus being triggered at the end of the season it&#039;s now about a week later.<br /> <br /> In addition the &quot;Daily&quot; Bad Luck bonus has now apparently become a weekend one with the cashback on losses incurred on Thurs-Sat being credited on a Sunday. However, no bad luck bonuses have been credited since the middle of last week. At first they were due to be credited last Sunday, then Monday, then today and now next Monday, apparently due to &quot;software glitches.&quot; <br /> <br /> I guess it would be a little churlish of me to complain too much as I know not too many casinos offer these cash bonuses, (but Grosvenor are pretty good!) but one of the reasons that I use GM so much is that at least there&#039;s a chance of getting 10% of losses back. I&#039;m just getting a little concerned over the way things seem to be going, although to be fair what little withdrawals I have made have not been delayed.<br /> <br /> Any views? Does anyone else on the forum have experience of using this casino? Thanks</div>

<div class="bbWrapper">When Casinos start cutting back on Bonuses and introducing changes it can only be for one reason - Times are tough. What did their support say other than it&#039;s a system glitch?<br /> <br /> I played at Get Minted many many moons ago - Never had a problem and they paid quick... I&#039;m sure a lot has changed since then.<br /> <br /> Nate</div>

<div class="bbWrapper">That&#039;s all they said, but I came to the same conclusions as you, that times were tough, especially when the bonus kept moving dates. After all you don&#039;t need a system to work out 10% of losses. I&#039;ve also noted that the slots have started to get a lot tighter, maybe that&#039;s just a feeling, but it&#039;s very difficult to get a good win on GM at the moment.</div>
