I had an issue over new year with a VPL casino (resolved slow payment issue) and the rep took about 4 or 5 days to reply each time which to me is completely pointless and frustrating. By then they had paid me. It was a simple holiday delay and after they were back to reliable fairly quick cashouts and I still play only VPL for MG at the mo. But, I DO remember the sheer bull of waiting.

It's my opinion that insofar as 'accredited' casinos go, that a rep is not simply a reluctant obligation on the casino's part and takes a quick look at their CM PM's at 4pm. each Friday, but someone who is on the ball and checks regularly for PM's/issues and responds speedily.

I wish we could have a response time score for each accredited casino's reps as reported by the members here.

If ms Sloto is speedy, then that's good and they all should be too.
 
Have not been able to deposit since December

Is anyone else getting the error msg when depositing 00034 something?

I contacted Georgina back then, said she would look into it, she sent a PM she was not feeling well and would look into it.

Never got a response and have tried another at least 10 deposits with no success always get the same error msg.
