Deposited on 1st of april through trustly in a genesis global casino, autoexclusion was implemented. My fault, sure. Not that I would recall this thing.

Of course, I immediately ask them to return my deposit through email, april first. They claim I made no deposit. I did. Obviously it was deducted from my bank account. I contacted trustly just to make sure. Yes, they did register the payment, and they have the same reference number. I have posted this information to the genesis global casino I deposited in which is casinodome, they refuse to return the money they stole from me.

Now a 100 euros isn't anything that will make me go bankrupt, but this is some of the lowest shit I've ever seen. Probably not getting my money back as you can't really argue with common thieves, but hopefully you people can avoid them altogether.
 
Personally I'd avoid spending time and money on thieves even if they did not steal from me but I guess that's your choice

I have asked for them to return the deposit, they denied there being one. I contact trustly, they verify I have sent money to them. The reference number matches.

This is nothing short of theft. I understand if there was an issue with providing a proof of payment, there might be hitches. I don't understand what more they want me to prove.

Hey I have gone through quite a few threads about Genesis Global, as I too am pretty sure I’m getting played by this group. Did you end up getting your refund?
 
They have been stalling the world since many years. One of the worst scum bags casino group ever. Forget your 100 euros. They use the same tactic over and over. If you ever manage a 3 month torture with them and sucessfully cashout 5k for exemple, you will get the insta ban around their whole group. Fck them
 
Thanks for the input, I’ll definitely cross all Genesis brands off the list to play at. I haven’t come across any positive posts.
 
I’d like to believe it’s a case my case basis but from hundreds of reviews my confidence in them is weary, 90% all which state excessively long withdraw periods, documents sit for weeks then get rejected, zero customer support replies etc. I figured after they got their license pulled back in July 2020, they’d be striving for better service to their players. I’m no expert by any means but can MGA and UKCG really allow month long and longer withdraw times for their players? Surely that’s unacceptable behaviour.

I used to use Skrill and PayPal and never had to wait more than 24-36 hours maximum.

They are the ones collecting liscense fees. Genesis buisness model is based on this treatment. Evasive scumbags that will stall you until it hurts their buisness enough that theyHAVE to pay. If you can’t manage that, forget it. Unless they see you as long term profits, clearly not your case. Sorry man but mga wont help...mobs gotta eat

Both. I got a load of offers once they were given their licences back and made a hefty withdrawal from them. Then soon after they asked for banks statements,which I am not giving to any casino,so I stopped playing with any of their casinos under the Genesis banner. It was a shame but its for the best,in my view.
 
I play occasionally at Vegas Hero, Cruise and a couple of others. Not my favourite group, they are quite slow paying and they chalk off a small percentage of your cashout but I always got paid. A dinosaur that might soon go extinct as it is non-competitive.
 
I am from Manchester, UK - I discovered Casino Lab (Genesis Sister site) via recommendation on Youtube. I had a really good win of £33,000 Live Lightning Roulette and deposited a decent amount of £4,000 order to play the online table.

BUT I am still awaiting for 1 of my withdrawals from Wednesday lunch time. I was told 72 hours for an update but heard nothing. I sent all documents 6 days ago and had them approved. Some of my other withdrawals were made around 120+ hours ago, nothing about them yet too. I have screenshotted and noted everything so far.

The customer chat on the site has been responsive but had a few mixed messages, some of them have said everything is fine and congrats you will recieve your winnings! BUT still awaiting to hear from them about my withdrawal and have waited for the 72 hour slot.

Have been told, 'There is no time frame they can give me and I may not get an update tomorrow.' But that the payment 'will not take months' and have been told about Security Checks. But surely it doesn't take 5/6 days to take up security checks? The Grand Ivy Casino based in Malta don't take this long?

Having read a number of the reviews here and across the group I'm now concerned on how long I will have to wait for my withdrawals or if there is going to be any issues.

I just want to make sure I get what I won and deserve on Lightning Roulette.
