They are notorious for banning people who win too much and not paying out if you've mistakenly breached any terms. I lost £400 but managed to get about a third back because I played 1 £10 set of 5x£2 spins on Rainbow Riches reels of gold without realising it. You can try to appeal to them but you are not the first to fall foul of White Hat in this way.

Absolutely, it’s very short sighted. In truth I probably would have given that 9k straight back to them given how I was playing back then, along with more. Still I’m very happy with the result. Wouldn’t surprise me in the slightest if all these cases come back to haunt them eventually. All it takes is one landmark case to go through and then it’s PPI all over again.

Their whole buisness seems to be based on applying bonus terms to maximize short term profit and being very borderline with it. Whitehat casinos are pretty much the most fun places to play. No lag, high rtp versions of any game and generous offers. Don’t you dare even slightly think of doing anything that could be interpreted like bonus abuse or anything that could be a breach of their vague and unclear terms because they will shut you down agressively. Short term is their only way lf thinking. They couldnt care less if you are a regular player or not, 1% doubt of bonus terms breach? No money, no no no.
