no wonder they have max weekly cashout of 2,5k. Because they have like 100 sites thats actually 250k a week cashout :p

If only there were rules against companies being allowed to open 400 sites, all with low max cashout, and were instead forced to operate 1 or 2 sites only... but better focus on important stuff first. Stuff like limiting amount of autospins, or source of wealth for your $20 deposit obviously has higher priority.

btw does anyone else find it ridiculous they came up with a rule that limits amount of autospins you can start at one time, while allowing providers to use quickspin/superquickspin method that lets you play like 50 spins a minute?

Sadly no dead or alive in Canada.

I fkn miss that game.

It's not a 'complaint' you can close like for example an official PAB. It's an informational thread describing your issues with Gday to which many have responded. You can't 'un-ring a bell'.

The general consensus here is that whilst members don't particularly approve of the 'discretionary' nature of the term in question, the term was nevertheless valid and you were subject to it. Remember most casinos nowadays do have a bonus conversion or cash-out limit, not just this group.

So as I understand it, they haven't stuck rigidly to the 5k limit in your case and have offered 3 times as much which you have decided to accept as settlement of the dispute. Given the information in this thread and the fact you have seen arbitration services elsewhere support the casino in this kind of issue, that is probably a decent outcome for you.

So as far as you are concerned the matter is closed and the dispute over.

If you want some sort of admin statement added here to cement the above, you're better advised to contact maxd who can provide his summary and close the thread as he is the 'beefmeister' on here. :)

Agreed. As we have seen many times in the past, many casinos would stick rigidly to the max cashout. To be offered an extra 10k is pretty generous under the circumstances in my view, especially from this group, who are well known for sticking to the terms without any negotiation. All the people saying how bad they are, try getting this sort of result from many other casinos and you would hit a brick wall.

You don't know how much the OP has wagered/lost at the casino. At those bet sizes, we can imagine maybe that it is not just a few bucks.

Hence, the casino made a sensible commercial decision - "Give him a little more and he might come back to play again with us."

I remember once overbetting grossly at a Fortune Lounge place because I had totally forgotten that a bonus was still active. Of course exactly then I made a cashout of EUR16,000. They paid without hesitation, and I am convinced 100% that my losses of over EUR0.5 Million in the previous decade played quite a role. Those EUR16K were a mere drop for them but they very well knew that it would keep me happy.

So, sorry, but I do not think that the casino has been generous if the case is similar with the OP, rather that they made a calculated decision. Of course it might not happen that he goes back but most players do.

And yes, they are pretty bad IMO. Reasons, see my post about 2 pages ago. When you talk to their aff people you get the impression they talk about sheep not people when it comes to players. I remember an interaction with one of them when Warlords was released and they were giving away 150K free spins. The communication I had with the guy was hilarious. "Roil'em in mate, the more the merrier; there's no risk to lose comm because there are limits on many things....etc" ...You get the drift.

Except they've banned him from the group...

I suspect the hush money was offered simply because they know that term wouldn't stand up in court.

Hold on, what are you saying ? do you think the maltag gaming authority can help me with this situation ?

I think Mga would simply say they are following their terms. They wouldn’t care about how vague their terms are.

Every bonus win can be limited, thus. Like they limit also the wins per spin, but do accept bets that make higher wins possible.

It might be all in the terms, but for sure they feel very comfortable, as players from Canada or New Zealand won't take them to court in Malta (or even Curacao, if the game is running from Curacao). This is exactly the reason why online gambling has a dodgy image. The essence is a bit, do insane deposits as much as you want, if you win a bit, we'll pay, but as soon as you win big, we'll manage to not pay you.

G'Day is terrible - My wife got bonus on that site, while playing she played the 20 free spins that were part of the bonus offer. Went to cash out 1200.00, they said that because she used the free spins the max they are obligated to give her is $100.00 - they said they would give her $200 but that was their final decision. This was earlier this year and she tried to post something about it on askgamblers since she was new to playing casino and they deleted her post :(

If it had happened now I'm sure she could have created a PAB but it was way too long before I even noticed that it was possible to launch a complaint. By the time I told her this it was too late.

Moral of story - G'Day is terrible and NEVER accept free spins from Caddell/WhiteHat.
