I am writing to bring attention to a concerning experience I recently encountered with Gammix, a new group operating under the license of Starscream Limited.

Summary:
I engaged in gameplay on their platform and, shockingly, my account was abruptly shut down mid-gameplay. Upon seeking clarification, I was informed that my winnings of €3000 were being voided, and only the initial deposit of $300 was refunded. The reason provided was a vague reference to "suspicious activity" without concrete evidence.

Key Points:

Abrupt Account Closure: The account closure occurred unexpectedly and in the middle of active gameplay.

Voiding Winnings: Despite a substantial balance of €3000, Gammix (Starscream Limited) opted to void all winnings.

Vague "Suspicious Activity" Claim: The explanation for the account closure was based on "suspicious activity" without providing specific details or evidence of any alleged breach.

Unreasonable Refund: Only the initial deposit of $300 was refunded, while the legitimate winnings of €3000 were denied.

Concerns for Fair Gaming Practices: This incident raises significant concerns about the fairness and transparency of Gammix's operations under the Starscream Limited license.

I believe it is crucial to share this experience with the community to highlight the potential risks associated with engaging in gameplay on the Gammix platform. The lack of clarity and the voiding of winnings mid-gameplay is an alarming practice that may impact any player on their platform.

Please feel free to share this information with others in the community to raise awareness and encourage a discussion on fair gaming practices.

Best regards,

ps Other players having the same issue once you win they just seem to ban you mid gameplay. Void winnings perfect earning model for them ofcourse.

Tweaked your thread title a bit, apologies for any inconvenience.

I don't know much about the group, but as a footnote to those that may have missed it (including myself) it wasn't just a rebrand - it looks like they swapped their MGA licenses for KGC (Kahnawake Gaming Commission).

Predictably there appears to be a bunch of players out there who have been left holding the bag on MGA-based complaints that are now being rejected by default, despite the company still operating.

I know it used to be Gammix Ltd before the switch, so unless Gammix is now being used as a casino brand perhaps worth mentioning which casino within the group - even if they all tend to be similar?

GAMMIX are a well known scam group originally in the rogue 1668/JAZ Cure-a-cow mess under the Danguad label. Along with Alpha Interactive and a few others. Here's one of their brilliant sites:

Like Bcasino in the UK, (associated with 1668/JAZ scam sites like Oceanbets) they appear to have successfully laundered their proceeds into more credible jurisdictions to operate under their licenses. As you can see, the leopard hasn't changed its spots.

bcasino

So the 'improvement' taking place under the MGA is this:

"Before, we used to scam players out of their deposits and winnings. Now, we simply scam them out of their winnings and refund the deposit in that case! We cannot lose - ever!"
