Gamdom gets caught posting fake reviews. TrustPilot takes action

This feels like a little win in my corner ever since Gamdom stole $1600 out of my account and then blocked me right after and wont respond to ADR's.

I noticed on trust pilot there were thousands of reviews rating the casino highly. This is very odd. Even the best casinos do not have this kind of rating action.

I started going through all the posts and it was clear as hell, they were creating thousands of accounts to make themselves look good by leaving 5 star reviews.

I contacted trust pilot and surprisingly they were super receptive and I actually spoke to someone and had some back and forth about it.

They investigated it and found them with hundreds upon hundreds of fake accounts shilling their own casino.

And low and behold they locked the Gamdom ratings system and put up a warning.

I will be their worst nightmare for ripping me off. After 10 years of me going after them, they MIGHT actually pay me with interest!

Good to see Trust Pilot take action. Unless a company proactively invites customers to post a review - which in the main will be positive, it is very rare for a consumer to go off the bat to post up a positive review. That is unless service has been considerably above and beyond.

Most people in the main only post negative reviews, whether it be Trust Pilot, Google Reviews or elsewhere.

However, that said well worth using them when you are researching goods, products or services as can be enlightening.

Their originals are all sold as 100% RTP, but as anyone who has played them can tell you, there's no way that's true. So, not entirely surprised by this.

This was a ridiculous attempt on their end. It was almost a daily 3-4 people leaving 5 star positive reviews. There is no way that many people are posting reviews.

Everytime there was a negative review, they would push it off the page by creating fake positive reviews.

i tried to keep reposting my negative one but they would just create 15 more accounts to get my review lost in their bs.
