Does any one know how the bonus system works on gala casino? Can you withdraw if not touched bonus? I will add a screen shot to show why I am confused,

When I played there more than a year ago you could claim bonuses with existing funds and if you had more funds than necessary the remaining money could be withdrawn at any time. The non-withdrawable money will be "ringfenced" when you claim the bonus and any winnings/losses will be added/deducted from the ringfenced/bonus balance. So in your case if you drop below £103.15 you are free to claim a new bonus with that amount or withdraw it.

The site has had an overhaul but the way bonus' work will be the same as the above! It should just be the Bonus + Ringfenced funds that aren't available to withdraw.

Its been a while since I played up untill the other day, Yes like the site very much, Trouble is the bonus was confusing, The chat host said you cannot withdraw why bonus active, I stated this canot be true due to I spent a load and wager is not going down?

After a while talking than we come to realise that the bonus funds should be spent on Michael Jackson King of Pop, Well after all the bonus was called that, So that should of give me a clue to begin with

I had played other games and the ring fenced cash went, Just the bonus sitting there, Went to MJ and bonus went down instantly

Was going to make a small withdraw to test make sure every things in order, But after playing other games I was not sure if broke any rules by playing other games first, so just played it out,

It's good system, reminds me of the 3dice one. Like all good systems, it need to be properly explained though.
